Perfect
Pros:

Lovely old world hotel with great facilities. We were greeted by a lovely lady who was very friendly and helpful with check in. Room a great size and very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Outside pool and gardens are beautiful and relaxing. Restaurants are right outside and good food and service. Communication was perfect before stay. Many thanks for a perfect stay.

Cons:

Not a complaint but an observation. Hotel says Les Arcades Le Lion D’or on Booking Dot Com but hotel sign on arrival says Les Arcades only so initially wasn’t sure if it was same hotel as we had booked.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet établissement et en sommes très satisfaits.
Nous avons été accueillis par une charmante jeune femme, très souriante, disponible, faisant preuve d'un grand professionnalisme et exerçant son métier avec passion. Son accueil chaleureux a largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne les horaires d'accès à la piscine. Il est regrettable qu'elle ferme à 20 h, surtout pendant les mois les plus chauds. Nous comprenons que cela soit lié à la fermeture de la réception, mais la réception est également fermée entre 12 h et 15 h, alors que la piscine reste accessible durant cette période. Dommage.
