Quiet, peaceful
Pros:

Quiet, peaceful, garden, swimming pool with a great view to the lake.

Cons:

didn`t realize the steep slope from the town center to the hotel... going down from the hotel to town is easy walk of about 15 min, but getting back from the center to the hotel is an exercise... The room does not have air condition, which might be a problem in the middle of summer

Beautiful family run hotel in stunning grounds 5 mins walk from evian
Pros:

The breakfast was mostly continental with eggs on request only had breakfast once but that was a personal choice. The hotel is spotless our room was very spacious and spotless; Theresa made us feel very welcome.The grounds were stunning.My only downside was there wasn't air conditioning.It was extremely warm and the fan in room was just not enough.Apart from that would highly recommend 😀
