Nice and great value of money
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is nice and spacious. Kid toothbrush/ slippers are provided. Good variety of breakfast. The mini delivery robot is definitely charming to watch!

Cons:

The shower water temperature is sometimes unstable.

Pros:

I liked the Area the hotel was at, since there was some good restaurants nearby. The Hotelroom was nice too.

Cons:

Staff doesn't speak englisch and the metro station is quiet far away.

Only advantage for me was that it was close to my visiting company
Pros:

Clean rooms, polite workers

Cons:

No one speaks English. Everybody use phone translator. It was hard to communicate. Breakfast was fine only for Chinese citizens. Nothing was for foreigners. Even honey, cheese and jam was not available

Friendly staff hotel
Pros:

Staff is very good and friendly. Front desk all staff and breakfast team, everybody supportive and friendly. Front desk staff Bao Bao - Flower and breakfast team Qui Rui and her team and sales manager May are pleasant and help during my stay.
Breakfast is good with many choices. Clean room. Spacious room.

Cons:

The biggest problem is Wi Fi. Wi Fi strength is very bad inside the room and even to the lobby area. Other than that, all good.

Very good hotel
Pros:

Modern, very nice. Room spacious, very clean, very well maintained. Staff helpful, very pleasant. Always with a smile! Diverse , good quality breakfast and lunch. The Amici restaurant: unexpected good Italian food for dinner. My second time at this hotel, will stay here again on future visits.
