Je connais cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années et ce n'est pas la première fois que j'y loue une chambre. J'apprécie son emplacement, très pratique, à proximité de la plage et des commerces.

Les serviettes ainsi que le linge de lit sont changés tous les jours, ce qui est un point positif.

Cons:

Je pense que le propriétaire pourrait faire beaucoup mieux en rénovant l'établissement. Le mobilier est très ancien et détérioré, et la moquette dans les escaliers et les couloirs est tachée et n'a pas été remplacée depuis des années.

Unglaublich gute Lage, 3' zum Strand, Supermarkt gegenüber, ein Anderer um die Ecke, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Einfaches Zimmer, aber mit absolut allem, was es braucht! Balkon, Klimaanlage, sauber!
In St. Maxime kostet Parken von 19.00-09.00 nix, wirklich toller Ort.
Nah an St. Tropez (wer's braucht), 15km (kann aber auch schon mal 1h dauern wegen Verkehr).

.....die Lage ist unschlagbar, Hafen, Strand, Zentrum alles in 2-3 Geh-Minuten. Parken direkt vor dem Hotel und Kostenfrei!!!!

Cons:

.....ja was gesagt werden muss, muss gesagt werden: das Bad braucht dringend eine Renovierung, Schimmel in allen Ecken. Es sind nicht mal Versuche zusehen. Ein Balkon ist zwar da, aber so richtig einladend ist er nicht.

Missed a good bed and refrgiator on the room.

The location is beautiful, but unfortunately our stay was somewhat spoiled by two major drawbacks.
First, the bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. We asked if it was possible to get a mattress topper, but they didn't have any available.
Secondly, staying here in July when temperatures reach around 35°C without a refrigerator is simply not good enough. There was no way to keep water, soft drinks, or any other beverages cold.
We had originally booked seven nights, but decided to check out early and move to another hotel because of these issues.
