De toegewezen kamer was niet schoongemaakt bij aankomst. En er was geen personeel om het onmiddellijk te doen.
Bij het ontbijt was geen enkele tafel opgeruimd waar we konden plaatsnemen om te ontbijten.
Dit is heel ongewoon voor het hotel waar wij 4 keer per jaar overnachten.

'La Grange du Pape' wordt omschreven als 'Annexe de l'Hôtel La Ferme du Pape'. Dat is verwarrend! Een annexe betekent een naastgelegen bijgebouw. Maar La Grange ligt een eind weg, aan de andere kant van het historisch centrum. Het is dus in feite een 'Dependance'.
De receptie stuurt mij bericht dat ik in 'l'Hôtel La Ferme du Pape' verder geholpen zal worden met incheck en parkeren. Maar daarvan krijg ik geen adres. Via Booking kreeg ik alleen het adres van 'La Grange du Pape' (13 Rue du Rempart Nord). Dat leek mij geen probleem: La Grange heet immers een Annexe, dus het hotel zal zich ernaast bevinden. Het was heel lastig om naar La Grange te rijden (nauwe straatjes, druk voetgangsgebied). Uiteindelijk stond ik daar voor gesloten deur. Na 2 keer bellen naar receptie werd mij duidelijk waar ik naartoe moest.
Mijn tips: noem 'La Grange du Pape' een dependance en communiceer ook duidelijk het adres van het hotel.
