Ubytování v depandance bylo umístěné přímo v krásném historickém centru města v klidném prostředí.

Cons:

K ubytování v depandance byl přístup pouze pěšky, parkování pak bylo možné jen na parkovišti u hlavní budovy hotelu, které bylo vzdálené několik stovek metrů

La réservation n'a pas été enregistrée à l'hôtel.

En compensation, nous avons dû nous rendre à un autre hôtel qui était à + de 20 minutes en voiture. Nous avons loupé le marché de Noël qui devait être à deux pas de l'hôtel.

L'excuse reçue était "l'erreur est humaine".

Séjour peu idéal du coup.

L'endroit semblait très sympa donc pensez à appeler avant de vous y rendre.

Unexpected experiences.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Once we finally did get to our room, the view of the little street was quite charming--loved being able to ppl watch from our room.

Cons:

I did not find the website to be clear about the distance from some of the rooms to the check in office/breakfast room. Be forewarned that the check in office is a 7 minute walk through the charming town of Eguisheim.
Allergens in the hotel room. I want to love this hotel and if you don't suffer with allergies or walking to breakfast/check in/check out, then this is a charming place. I didn't sleep well due to allergens in the room--they were alleviated whenever we left the room. We also had key issues with the main door which made us miss a bus to Colmar. Sadly there were several inconvenient challenges during our stay.
