Pros:

Went here with my wife on a vacation trip to see the French countryside. Location is very near cathédrale.
It is quiet and off the Main Street, and close to Cathedral
Breakfast area is quaint, with an outdoor garden
Rooms are clean and well kept. The hotel seems to be a series of buildings that are interconnected, so getting to your room is a fun (daily) adventure.
Cost is reasonable, but breakfast is an up-charge and there doesn’t seem to be any afternoon/evening food or drink.
The morning desk manager is very stern and stingy. I asked for an extra towel, got a lot of huffing and was reluctantly given one. Brought my own bag of cereal and yaourt for breakfast and only wanted a cup of coffee, was questioned and documented as if I was taking out a mortgage loan. Coffee was not very good (been sitting in carafe, on the warming plate for an hour or more and tasted like a cheap American roast), but it was coffee… oh, and don’t go for a second cup or you get the super-stink-eye.

Breakfast and morning coffee should be a warm, inviting, communal event to start your day… not an inquisition. Also Coffee should be free, it’s coffee.

The hotel cat is friendly and cute (warm and inviting) and greets you every morning.

Ein kleines Hotel mit Charme mitten in der Altstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt und hat viel Charme. Unser Auto haben wir im Parkhaus der Kathedrale abgestellt und waren in 5 min am Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abends konnte man im Innenhof noch nett sitzen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Ich war ein bisschen über die Dachterrasse enttäuscht. Man könnte sie noch etwas verschönern und abends länger offen lassen und hier auch Getränke anbieten.
