Cadre très agréable, dans le vieux Rouen. Personnel très agréable. Charme de l'ancien. Linge renouvelé régulièrement, ménage parfait, petit-déjeuner très diversifié et abondant.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu "vieilles", portes qui bloquent, wc légèrement entartrés, luminaires un peu mal raccordés.

Je garde un très bon souvenir de Rouen,
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, confort, bien agencé.
Bon petit déjeuner,
J’ai eu la possibilité de laisser mes bagages à l’hôtel .. le temps de visiter la cathédrale avant de pouvoir repartir. Très appréciable pour les touristes.
Personnel à l’écoute du client,

L'emplacement était très bien

Cons:

L'hotel est un peu vieillissant
J'ai eu par deux fois de l'eau tiède dans la douche. La première fois j'ai pu signaler à l'accueil il a fallu attendre une demie heure pour de l'eau vraiment chaude. Le problème est revenu le lendemain.
