Je garde un très bon souvenir de Rouen,
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, confort, bien agencé.
Bon petit déjeuner,
J’ai eu la possibilité de laisser mes bagages à l’hôtel .. le temps de visiter la cathédrale avant de pouvoir repartir. Très appréciable pour les touristes.
Personnel à l’écoute du client,

L'emplacement était très bien

Cons:

L'hotel est un peu vieillissant
J'ai eu par deux fois de l'eau tiède dans la douche. La première fois j'ai pu signaler à l'accueil il a fallu attendre une demie heure pour de l'eau vraiment chaude. Le problème est revenu le lendemain.

Pros:

Prima plek en goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Minder is dat de kamer snel warm is. Raam of balkondeur open is wel fijner.

Muy agradable
Pros:

La ubicación excepcional, limpio, camas cómodas, desayuno excelente y muy abundante, tranquilo y con un patio interior con plantas muy agradable. Es un edificio de arquitectura antigua típica de la época y le da carácter al alojamiento.

Cons:

Por poner un pero… Al ser edificio antiguo el ascensor no siempre está cerca de las habitaciones según la que te toque, ventaja que si no te cae cerca no hoyes ruido de maletas pero al tener que atravesar un pasillo no lo hace todo lo cómodo que se desearía, pero es algo prescindible por lo bien que se está calidad precio. La grifería podría mejorarse .

Pros:

Idéalement situé en plein coeur de la vieille ville de Rouen. Hôtel de charme dans une maison ancienne. Petit déjeuner très copieux, servi dans un cadre historique charmant.

We didn’t stay there and won’t book again
Pros:

Great location however we didn’t stay and left as the hotel couldn’t accommodate us despite the booking

Cons:

We made a booking for 4 adults which was confirmed however when we arrived the lady on reception said she gave the room to a couple and gave us a small room with a bed and small bunk beds. We complained and noted that this wasn’t what we booked and in the end was refused our money back and paid to stay in a different hotel nearby
