belle adresse pour golf et piscine cadre tres agréable nous y venons depuis plusieurs années
Pros:

Formule semi gastronomique a revoir tres mediocre, service a table non géré attente entre plats, débordé avec des reception type mariage etc

Cons:

voiturier inexistant mais assuré par un gérant, plus de bagagiste, personnel agréable et courtois hôtellerie parfaite cal baisse en gamme notamment sur la restauration avec des prix élévés

Pros:

Très beau cadre ( château + lac). Bâtiments historiques très bien restaurés . Vaste parc avec vélos mis à disposition. Belle piscine . Personnel très attentif et très efficace. Golf pour les amateurs.
Bon restaurant bistronomique. Utilisation des légumes bio du potager du domaine. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel pour les choix proposés .

Cons:

Baignoire et non douche( à l'italienne de préférence). Mieux à partir d'un certain âge. Pas d'ascenseur dans notre bâtiment.

Superbe adresse au cœur de Bruxelles
Pros:

L’emplacement, la modernité, la piscine, la salle de sport, les chambres, la literie est très confortable

Cons:

Le parking 24 heures 28 €, je trouve ça extrêmement cher, et on ne peut pas bouger la voiture, elle doit rester dans le parking si on veut la ressortir, il faut repayer 28 € pour 24 heures

This is a hotel to fly to France to enjoy.
Pros:

This estate is beautifully appointed in every way. The grounds, the rooms, the hospitality and the food is excellent.
I refuse to ruin a beautiful walk, so i cannot comment on the golf course.

Good big rooms, good design, food was great on breakfast!

Cons:

It’s hard to say because this is such a beautiful place, and when you stay somewhere like this, you naturally expect the staff to know what they’re’re doing, especially at this price level.

One of the biggest disappointments was the bar. I ordered a Negroni for €14, expecting a properly made cocktail. The first one arrived with the glass noticeably underfilled. The second was served in a tall long-drink glass instead of the classic cocktail glass. The third tasted diluted, almost as if it had been mixed with water and citrus. In the end, we spent quite a lot of money without really understanding what we were paying for.

Another confusing moment was at check-out, when no one seemed to know how to handle the final bill.

On the positive side, I would especially like to thank the young woman with dark hair working at the reception in the evening. She was by far the best member of the team. She solved every problem within minutes, always with a genuine smile, and truly cared about finding a solution instead of creating another issue. She deserves every one of my stars and is a big reason why this hotel has such a good reputation.

Overall, the property itself is beautiful, but there are several service details that don’t match the standard you would expect from a hotel like this.
