Great location
Pros:

Location was great and staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room smelt musty which could be because it was early season. The TV didn't work, next morning was told I should have called the lady to come with batteries... But it was gone 10pm so felt intrusive to have done that.. The curtains wouldn't close so was very light in the room. Was woken really early with people above walking around and loud voices.

Perfect location right next to the clock tower, surprisingly nice and quiet in the hotel considering how close it was to the bars, fair, chip shops etc which was really nice after a long day out in skegness to go back to the hotel and chill.
