Room small not much room for clothes for 2 people managed for weekend but a week you would have to live out of your cases

Been before and excellent, on this occasion no tv signal, blocked sink, low water pressure, noise from reception and room temperature were a concern but might be just room specific.

The first room we were offered smelled of raw sewage the reception lady poured bleach down the toilet and shower and sink and sprayed air freshener we said this would not make a difference it made me physically sick and ill. It was room 103 we were ready for leaving as we were offered our money back but then was offered another room upstairs 108 as I looked for another hotel. The room was better so we stayed. Couldn’t get over the smell tho and I was sick and poorly. She said she would ring maintenance to sort it.

Everything was spot on
From walking up into the venu was inviting strat away you could tell it was at a very high standerd we were at the top off the holtet and the room was still at a high standerd ,the bed was very comforble ,very clean ,the little touches made it stand out ,we were made welcome from when we walked in to the place . With paliteness/ smiles, we got a text message to tell us the room was ready before our time.we were very happy in the way staff looked after us and was given 10% of food -drink at the pub/chipshop.
If ive got to say anythink on things that can maybe looked at is ,,the shower presser in the room we were in ,wasnt powerfull, and maybe look at the carparking ,

Noisy guests, just awful, all through the night, did not sleep.
The room was right opposite the reception. It didnt feel like a private room as we could hear everything that was going on at reception.

This was our second stay recently at no 8 we would now only stay at this hotel . So clean and comfortable and very reasonable priced.
There wasn’t any thing really to did like.
Room was very spacious hotel is central location walking distance to town/nightlife and beach, this is a kid free hotel which I appreciate! Ive stayed multiple times and the rooms clean and staff friendly there's a lot of steps so be mindful of that x
Literally only thing is I wish the vending machine accepted contactless for snacks that's it lol x
