Convenient for the theatre with parking ,very nice ,helpful receptionists
Pros:

Parking and location are good good size rooms and lift

Cons:

Very warm in 2nd floor room could do with a fan ,bathroom was internal and had hot water pipes running though which made it too hot in the summer ,wasn’t much pressure in the shower

Cons:

Not having breakfast in the hotel. Even simple cold buffet would have been nice.

Very good value
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location for the beach, pier and restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable, nicely decorated and furnished. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Excellent Value for the money
Pros:

They only do continental breakfast to the room. but there's loads of excellent places locally and as you have to take your dog out in the morning it doesn't matter

It would have been nice if there was a fridge in the room

Have stopped here numerous times with no complaints, this was by really uncomfortable stay, room looked a bit tired and was extremely warm, bathroom was a sauna.

Cons:

Sadly no food on site. However used the discount voucher for the Green House Cafe and found an amazing Thai restaurant , Thai Street Food just around the corner both 10/10.

The beds were so uncomfortable it was brick hard. The shower base was all cracked and leaking. The cold water tap was warm. The room wasn’t very clean
