It was a good location and perfect for a 1 night stay for a gig.

Super friendly staff, clise to the beach
There was a constant noise, like a quiet vacuum cleaner throughout the night which was very annoying.
Close to the beach and bars
They know longer do breakfasts so it has made us think about not booking with them again which is a shame as we have used them many times

Staff were so lovely
No breakfast available and were only informed day of arrival and a message sent before arrival ( not seen ) . Room was dog friendly and smelling of wet dog ( this was not advised at all ) . No other rooms available or no other affordable accommodation in area as a festival was on .

We had booked breakfast through booking.com, but on arrival was told that breakfast is no longer served (for over a month). This was dealt with immediately by the hotel and we paid less for the room, but could've been notified earlier.
Leak on the bar area from the room above
Great location right on the seafront with it's own car park.
The room was lovely and had everything I needed. It was nicely decorated, light and very clean.
Breakfast was included when I booked but they no longer do meals, however they refunded me as soon as I arrived.
I liked that check out was at 11am so no rush to get up.

I have always enjoyed my stay there. Fantastic location. The room is cosy and always clean.
No breakfast which is one of my main reasons for staying and a little pricey for room only.. over £100 a night for a single room bed only in June is a little steep especially as you can't always guarantee nice weather in June.
