Excellent value outside of Edinburgh
Pros:

Nice reasonably priced stay above a restaurant. Near a Co-op store and on a nice quiet street. Free parking, which will be available once diners vacate.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

My room was great 2 double beds excellent bathroom, tea and coffee which was well stocked.
My room was clean to a very high standard, I stayed in room 2
Staff were great very friendly
I would definitely stay there again

Great staff and a really friendly welcome and a great dining experience.

Cons:

I had a late booking and got the small room at the top which was very small and no toilet. It was perfectly clean and functional but a bit noisy sandwiched between two bigger rooms.

Pros:

All the staff were great. Especially the cleaner who was in early on Saturday morning.
Nice and cosy wee room.
Comfy bed and pillows.

Cons:

The rotten, mouldy window.

Couldn't reach anyone to help with an incident early in the morning. 6.15am. Tried phoning hotel number. Nothing.

Wonderful cleaner came to the rescue!

Un lugar muy auténtico. El pub que hay en el mismo establecimiento me encanto. Hotel muy acogedor. Esta muy cerca del aeropuerto.

Debajo de la habitación hay una discoteca y retumba toda la habitación, las paredes, el techo… coged un hotel de verdad. Se escucha la música como si estuviera dentro el altavoz. No se ni si esto es legal. El peor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida.
