Pros:

Location was convenient for my travel during the stay.

The restaurant is very good, with a range of choice and not expensive. Food wise if the restaurant is not for you, it's possible to use other options within easy walking distance from the hotel.

Room was clean and had enough facilities for the stay ie warm beverages, iron, hairdryer, towels, shampoo, TV.

Cons:

A little dated in places, this is noticeable when you compare the hotel area of the building to the main reception, bar and restaurant which have been modernised at some point.

Rooms where spacious and good value for money, own key to get in after hours

No breakfast option, even a continental for the room wold be a good option, parking limited

Pros:

Prior warning of building works should have been made
Pros:

Staff were lovely. On the whole the room was very clean. Full refund offered when it became obvious that there was a full remodel of a room happening.
Location was great and lovely river walks nearby.

Cons:

Building works on site! Cistern or tank filling on and off loudly well into the am. Single glazing meant a lot of street noise and the window frames were very mildewed.

Chevking in and out was ok. The staff and manager were nice. The hotel rooms were spacious and neat. The hotel location was close to Edinburgh airport and the city centre. Good accessibility..
The hotel was cool with a restaurant and relaxation area at the back.
