NICE FACILITIES THROUGHOUT, VERY CLEAN.. NICE BAR AND RESTURANT DOWNSTAIRS..

This hotel is described as 4 star, at best it barely scrapes a 3! Out of the five bulbs in the ceiling light fitting, two were bright and three were dim; part of the skirting board was missing; the car park was a mess with a tatty caravan in one corner (which looked as if a member of staff was living there!); there was mould growing on the back of the bathroom door; the whole place was extremely tired looking and in need of a refurb and the bed was very uncomfortable. Basically it was just some rooms built on the back of a pub.
Poor. Greasy
Breakfast was greasy. Very limited choice for alternative to fried. Toast was piled onto the fried breakfast plate with butter and marmalade instead of separate plate. Worst breakfast I have been given.
Staff were great and friendly. Place was clean and easy to access. Overall great
Rooms are basic but have everything you need.
Great location to walk to Queen Alexandra Hospital and to walk to Cosham Station to get to Gunwharf Quays and Southampton airport.

The weekend was very hot so the AC would be a grate bonus . Unfortunately there isn't AC . Other that that everything was wonderful
My room wasn't very clean had to tell reception
Had public hair on toilet and poo splashing on the toilet kid. Floor was dirty in bathroom
The paint coming of the walls not sure of it was damp then was had crumbled wasnt value for money im affaird
Also they could of got a better cooler fan being the hottest day of the year
