Great location, as was ideal for visiting family in the nearby hospital, and staff are friendly, welcoming and caring to individuals needs with dietary requirements

Nothing for us. It seems like a popular pub for the locals, which is always nice, with football on the telly - I liked the background music too!
Facilities were good , good shower and comfortable with food available on site.
Check in process seemed slow, and the signage to check in not clear. Could also do with a tidy up around the night entrance.
Ideal location for the early morning ferry to France.

Rooms and the bar/ restaurant area is looking tired, could do with a lick of paint and some TLC .
We didn't have breafast but it was on offer. The room was clean and a good size. The TV offered all channels. The courtesy tray was well equipped. Toiletries were provided as well as tissues. The staff were exceptionally helpful.
The bar was extremely noisy so we chose not to eat there.

I arrived a little later and they were closing up. Was not aware that I needed to be there by a certain time which could have messed me up. Possibly a me issue not them.
Très beau lieu avec une super ambiance et chambre de qualité et calme.
Le personnel ne parle pas du tout français. Si vous êtes comme moi pas très à l’aise à l’oral en anglais vous pouvez rencontrer des difficultés.

The older guy in a red check shirt dark hair and beard how rude.....!! No you can't check in until 3 not even pay him very poor customer relations. Thankfully the lovely Wendy made up fir this.
