Room adequate for one night, but the dinner in the restaurant was fantastic, and the young man serving was brilliant.
Pros:

Lovely bar and restaurant area.

Cons:

The room was very dark, not helped by most of the ceiling light bulbs not working.

Good value stay and great restaurant
Pros:

Very convenient for visiting nearby Winkworth Arboretum & Wisley. Great price. Clean, quiet, comfortable.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated, staff attentive and the food was delicious - sea bass & pork fillet cooked to perfection and reasonably priced.

Cons:

All good.

Would definitely stay again when working in Godalming
Pros:

Nice vibe. Excellent food. Rooms are comfortable. Beds and pillows were lovely. Bodywash and plenty of towels. Had iron, board, hairdryer all tye tea and coffee etc! Really good value for money

Cons:

Some staff seemed a bit stressed so weren’t very welcoming on check in, behind the bar and serving food……not sure if they are over worked maybe?!

Not all of them. One guy was super attentive and polite. Didn’t ruin our stay but the only thing I could mention that was negative.

Floorboards are super creaky so was woken up but a neighbor at 3am and we had to be up at 6 so needed to be very careful walking about as to not wake other guests up.

Very comfortable and relaxing, we visited the Goodwood Revival and the hotel made a very good base for this event
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable, bar area and restaurant were clean and and comfortable

Cons:

Nothing really, only slight complaint in our room was that the wash basin was too close to the toilet.
