The room wasnt clean the bath still had dirt in it and looked like it hadnt even been touched in a while
Easy location for the purpose of our stay. Warm room, hot water, bath. Clean bed & lovely white towels. Very basic but sufficient.
Didn't have food. Very helpful friendly staff.
A little more attention to extra cleaning in routine. Fixtures & extras. My sister in law room bath needs changing (room 208)as very worn
Nothing at all - refused to stay
We refused to stay at this property due to extremely poor and unsafe conditions.
Upon arrival, the room was unclean. The bathroom had visible pubic hairs left in the bathtub, which clearly indicated that proper cleaning had not been carried out. This alone was unacceptable.
The property was also badly misrepresented in its advertising. The reality did not match the description or images online in any way.
Most concerning was the environment outside the property. There were drug users or individuals with serious issues congregating outside, creating an intimidating atmosphere and a clear health and safety concern. We did not feel safe.
Due to the uncleanliness, misrepresentation, and safety issues, we left immediately and refused to stay. We are currently seeking a full refund.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.
That it was close to the place I was travelling to the next day
I arrived to find someone who was discombobulated sitting in the car park. I advised the receptionist, who went and sorted the situation out, but made for a poor first impression. The hotel has a smell. Musky, like an old people’s home, then further into the hotel there was an odour of tobacco. It wasn’t great. The pillows were pancake flat. I didn’t sleep very well at all, and the bath could have done with being replaced. There’s only so much enamel paint that can be used to cover up damage.

Kept up all night by night by noisy neighbours "partying" until 6am!
