Amazing hotel
Pros:

Everything at this hotel is amazing, free cinema, play room, arcade, pool tables, staff are amazing we had an issue with our room and it was sorted very quick the management here and staff are amazing

The fact we were blocked in the underground carpark for 4 and half hours as some pillock had parked in a keep clear area and the staff didn't know who owned the vehicle

Very good break, although weather could have been a bit drier!
Pros:

Our room was lovely sea view with balcony plus comfy easy chairs to look out to sea. Breakfast was very good as well.

Cons:

People having conversations and making a lot noise past midnight in the hall way where our room was. This could of been sorted at reception in the morning not with the manager in the middle of the night.

Not very pleasant at all not what we expected
Pros:

Breakfast was quit good evening meal which we paid for separately was disgraceful The patio doors where filthy could see out no air con carpet in the room was filthy as well and over £600 for three days definitely not good value for money we left a day early and I did complain at reception as we where leaving

The staff were excellent. The facilities good not so the room

The view was awful was expecting better had to get a new light bulb so first night very poor.

Pros:

Plenty of car parking, pool was lovely and the kids club/entertainment was Great. The hotel room was a good size, plenty of space for the 4 of us.
Hotel is handy for the beach and shops.

Cons:

Our room and bathroom was in need of some upkeep, there was something sticky on the bedroom carpet, odd marks on the walls. The bath taps didn't work very well, very difficult to turn. The shower screen stopped short of the bath top, causing water to run down the outside of the bath and flood the floor.

Room was good
Pros:

Location over looking beach and the facilities

Cons:

Under ground parking was very tight and parking bays very small add to let the passenger get out before parking then I add to climbing over seat to get out,they also said add iron and ironing board and safe in room but we didn't,also got woke up @ 5am by the machine cleaning the promenade!!!!
