Perfect place to stay in St Mary's - would def recommend.
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location - within easy reach of the quay for all the boat trips, but also in the centre of the small town. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent - we would especially recommend the Sunday Roast carvery. Going in March, this was one of the only places open so we had to rely on it for lots of occasions but it satisfied them all - coffee in the morning, quiet afternoons with a book, and lively with good food in the evenings. They also arranged our luggage to be taken to and from the Scillonian when needed which we were eternally grateful for!

Cons:

I guess if mobility is a problem for you there are lots of stairs and corridors to navigate to get to your room - not an issue for us and they brought our luggage down for us which was great.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Friendliness, care and lovely attitude of all the staff.
Location is excellent.
Views were amazing.
Room was very comfortable.
Food was wonderful, especially well-presented delicious veggie breakfasts every day, nothing was too much trouble.
We felt very welcome and can't wait to return.
Thank you especially to Barbara and her excellent team!

A wonderful stay
Pros:

Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Quite superb (and I don't say this lightly).

We really enjoyed our day but would recommend coming a bit later in the season. L
Pros:

The breakfast and evening meals were very good and all the staff and the manager were excellent.

Cons:

It would be hard for the hotel to do much better under the circumstances of the storms they suffered in the winter.

Pros:

Excellent location and lovely staff. Great facilities and lovely layout. Decor and carpet tired. Overall would definitely recommend.
