One of the nicest hotel stays I have hadio for a very long time. Very comfortable, super setting, easy parking, EV charg
Pros:

Super secluded location far enough off the beaten track but not too far with fabulously peaceful outlook down Seil Sound.

Cons:

Fab location - wonderful front of house staff!
Pros:

The location and the cleanliness. The beds were super comfortable and the front of house staff were very attentive - they made our stay.

Cons:

The food from the Al la carte menu was not as good as anticipated. The food from the pub menu looked so much better.

Lovely location! Comfortable beds!
Pros:

Had a very enjoyable sleep and breakfast. The bed linen was very fresh and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were lovely. The ‘pub’ menu represents best value for money.

Cons:

The lack of a lift- even though it is old, it could have perhaps had a basic wheelchair lift included in the extension plans. The a La carte menu was disappointing.

Magical Time
Pros:

The property is gorgeous! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, the room is cozy and spacious for exactly what you would need. The food is INCREDIBLE. Do NOT miss out on the restaurant, you’ll regret it. Michelin status. There’s a short walking path in the back where you can get beautiful sunset views and see Isle of Mull in the distance. It’s also a short drive to the pier to take a 5 minute ferry over to Isle of Easdale. I was so sad to only stay for one day, I could stay multiple days at a time. Can’t wait to be back!

A very special stay here...thoroughly enjoyed by all the family.
Pros:

This was our favorite stay of a 3 week trip! Both the breakfasts and dinners were excellent and the staff super nice and helpful. The best bathrooms as well - facilities all updated with the best quality and without detracting from the spirit of a very old inn. We liked that the inn was a bit remote and in a beautiful setting looking out to the waterway and very picturesque old bridge. It was easy to see most of this small island and go for peaceful walks.

Cons:

Nothing!

Pleasant stay in a beautiful location.
Pros:

It is a cozy inn in a historic building and location, recently renovated. The rooms are well appointed. The location is beautiful. Very good breakfast and excellent restaurant.

Cons:

As a recent renovation of an older building, the entrance is on the side exposed to the weather (fortunately it didn't rain), both for bringing luggage and even to go to breakfast.
Unsurprisingly, there are no elevators.
Our front facing room was above the bar and restaurant, which made it a bit noisy.
We found it a bit on the expensive side, for the value one gets.
