Lovely staff, local feel, great location, nice room.
Pros:

Staff were incredible. Really appreciated the personable and genuine interactions. Room was a good size. Very light and clean. Parking available and great location.

Not worth the money paid, no wifi or TV and inadequate hot drink supplies.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The TV wasn't working, no signal but all wires were connected.
Only one portion of milk for hot drinks, one tea bag but plenty of coffee. so my morning coffee had to be black.
Couldn't get wifi using the password given

Best stay in St Andrews that i have had and have stayed in a few places. Would recommend it.
Pros:

The room was excellent clean and modern all the facilities that you need. Staff were friendly and efficient check in service was great. Will go back again without a doubt. Have stayed in St Andrews quite a few times and this was one of the best stays.

Could not get the subtitles off the TV

Overpriced en slechte standaard.
Pros:

Ruime kamer.

Cons:

Matras was vreselijk, doorgezakt en je kon de vering voelen. Handdoeken zagen er oud uit en hadden deels oude vlekken. Badkamer had schoner kunnen zijn. Heel duur voor deze standaard. Kamer was gehorig naar de gang en je hoorde steeds andere gasten door de voordeur komen. Zou het niet aanraden.
