Comfortable base for visiting St Andrews
Pros:

Spacious bedroom and en-suite, clean and comfortable. Good food in the evening, with friendly service. Very good value considering high prices in St Andrews.

Cons:

A lack of vegetarian menu options for dinner and no breakfast. Noise from the bar in evening, but very quiet once quiz night ended.

El baňo tenía ventana y estaba limpio y bien iluminado, aunque algo pequeňo.

Cons:

Escasa oferta de servicios adicionales: no hay recepción, no hay opción a desayuno y tampoco a otras comidas durante la mitad de la semana. La habitación estaba limpia pero era agaterada y muy pequeňa para alojar dos personas.

Convenient location and clean, spacious room at a fair price
Pros:

I arrived late due to travel delays, but had called ahead and was fortunate that the bar where you check in was open late that evening. I'm not sure how I would have checked in if they had been closed -- tho I did see a lock box by one door, so I would guess they have a provision for that. I appreciated that the staff were freindly and very accomodating in all encounters.
Room was large and clean and the shower was great.
Convenient location is just a short walk into town, or the bus stops right in front of the Inn.
Don't miss the Cheesy Toastie Shack right around the corner at the beach.

Cons:

My room decor was a bit tired. Bed was very firm and pillows were lumpy. Nothing horrible, but could have been better. Temp in room was very warm as it was during the July heat wave, but they had a fan running which helped a lot.
Breakfast was not available, but there was a bakery near by.

A nice room in a good location
Pros:

Location was good and the room was large. A bit noisy and it was relatively expensive, however it was graduation time and St Andrews was full. Handy to have the pub next door.
