Location perfect , staff very friendly
Pros:

Amazing hotel , staff very friendly and welcoming.
Location was perfect for me as it is close to family and shops.
Breakfast is a 100%. Served fresh and hot with plenty of variety. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sheffield .

Pros:

Staff helpful, clean room, great breakfast. Value for money.

Cons:

Very difficult to negotiate the stairs if you have breathing or back issues. No lifts and was put on the 2nd floor.

I would definitely stay again and would recommend The Florentine.
Pros:

A very friendly place to stay. The rooms were excellent and the food was fantastic. Shower was fantastic too. Great location and quiet.

Cons:

It was cold outside and so the room chilled a little quite quickly. We were given an extra heater to help. Also, a hairdryer would have been helpful.

Pros:

Situated in nice area, easy to park for free, short cab ride to city centre

Cons:

Toilets in bar area could have been cleaner, I expected a better bread with breakfast, tv controller broken
