A comfortable stay with good value for money
Pros:

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was a great size, attractively decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared from a range of options. Free parking was a bonus.

It was ok, good parking space and location. Size of the room is decent, but the shower cube is tiny 🫣

Spacious and comfortable room, good evening meal and good breakfast.

Cons:

There was a mix up about our room on arrival, the room we had booked had accidentally already been given to another guest however the staff were very apologetic and we were given an upgrade to a suite, which was fine.

Location perfect , staff very friendly
Pros:

Amazing hotel , staff very friendly and welcoming.
Location was perfect for me as it is close to family and shops.
Breakfast is a 100%. Served fresh and hot with plenty of variety. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sheffield .

Staff helpful, clean room, great breakfast. Value for money.

Cons:

Very difficult to negotiate the stairs if you have breathing or back issues. No lifts and was put on the 2nd floor.
