I would never stay there again
Pros:

The location was convenient and the surrounding area is pleasant

Cons:

Mattress on bed was very worn. The general premises were grubby and had I arrived there earlier I would have tried to find another hotel.
Staff were not very helpful.

Disappointing

We were allocated a disabled room which we didn't book, totally unsuitable, no heating in the bathroom and only an electric heater in the bedroom sink for me the wrong height and no where to put toiletries for applying my make up.view from the window

Room 18. Broken window latch, couldn't close it properly. There was some sort of boiler right outside the window going off every 10 minutes. Stayed 2 nights hardly slept a wink.
