Pros:

Het is een mooi gebouw en personeel heel vriendelijk, eten is top

Cons:

Tegels in de badkamer zaten los, badkamer was niet onderhouden, geen voegen tussen de tegels

Vloer kraakt bed kraakt en vloerbedekking zit los

Geen toilet borstels aanwezig
En een koude douse

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Hotel charm has been retained under new owners. Location is great and has one of the best beer gardens in the whole of Scotland

Cons:

Rooms badly dated. Food a huge disappointment from the glory days of the 1990s when it had one of the best, award winning, British restaurants for miles around

Ideal for visiting friends . Ideal for garden centres nearby.
Pros:

Porridge very filling .
Cooked breakfast x2 good.

Cons:

Lack of plastic containers for toothbrush holders in bathroom.
No box of tissues they have many uses in bedroom .
Perhaps a small melamine tray for cups etc for hot drinks saving marking
tops of furniture .

Alien (1979) is an excellent movie, but I don't want to hear it through the walls at night
Pros:

Bed was fairly comfortable, able to check in at 11:30pm very useful

Cons:

As soon as we entered the room, we could hear the TV through the wall from the room next door to us. After a short amount of time I was even able to work out that the occupant(s) were watching Alien (1979). It was clear that this was an issue with the very thin walls rather than the TV being loud, as we could also hear them walking around and going into the bathroom, but the TV being mounted on the wall made it particularly bad. The curtains were also hung badly such that there was a 15cm gap between them and they wouldn't properly close, though this was solved with wedging a chair against them to keep them in place.

In the morning we attempted to shower but found there was no hot water, despite the sign next to the sink ironically warning about how hot their water gets.

Pleasant enough, but room prices need to be protected from dynamic pricing with a ceiling
Pros:

The restaurant food was good, Indian / European fusion menu. The service and ordering was a little sketchy

Cons:

The hotel, using the general dynamic / demand pricing that was in effect during my visit, this hotel had exceeded what could reasonably be asked for. I paid £150 for a room which I would happily have paid a maximum of £100

The first room we where in was to small then we got put in another room and me and parent love it four poster bed and view in morning was lovely
