Fascinating history. Delicious food. Comfy bed.
Wifi was only accessible in limited areas because of the lovely thick old walls! Not a problem for a night but don't expect to have a Teams meeting..
Real good atmosphere and staff who like to chat
Probably better shower

An old Coaching Inn offering a friendly and warm welcome. Lovely appointed bedrooms full of period features. The whole pub is full of historical features. Excellent food, beer and wine. Will be returning.
Nothing.
We had a lovely night away from it all here!
Staff were super helpful and food here was amazing. We stayed in The Lustleigh room. Very atmospheric in a good way.
There was nothing to report that we didn't like.
Historical and delightful
The friendliness of the staff and facilities
A beautiful old inn with fascinating history. Really friendly staff. Walking routes with maps. Four poster bed in our room. Food and drinks excellent
Nothing
honestly not much, Breakfast was good, thats about it.
the curfew(that was the wrong time from the one they have said with small letters in the end of their page so you cant see).
Not particularly polite
The superhot room, no fans , no ac
The noisy bed that you couldn't move from the noise
the mould in the bathroom
Friendly staff, beautiful building and the breakfast system is great, you can just get exactly what you want, no messy, wasteful buffets
It's tricky to maneuver cars around outside the hotel but the large car park around the corner makes up for this
