Lovely warm welcome and fantastic place to stay.
Pros:

Lovely location right on the bay. Fantastically clean rooms and exceptionally helpful staff. The quirkiness of the tunnel under the road to the breakfast room was different.
Will certainly be staying here again and hope the weather is as kind as it was this time.

Absolutely great weekend exploring the area and very pleasant staff with breakfast menu rather than buffet. 👍🏻

Ideal location for picturesque walk to Ramsgate or Viking Bay.
2 very convenient bars / restaurants across the road.

Cons:

Slightly musk smell lingering in corridor and hotel room.
Bed felt a bit small and hard.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

Have stayed here a few times before. Short drive to Ramsgate or a walk along the seafront to harbour. Staff at hotel lovely. Just across the road is the lovely pub The Stanley Grey where you can get lovely food and great roast dinners.

Good value hotel with helpful staff
Pros:

Furniture in the lobby looks ‘tired’ but we were very pleased with our room. It and the corridors were sparkling clean and the shower in the bathroom was the best we have used in a long time. Had problems getting the tv to work but sorted out quickly. Breakfast choice excellent. Good lift installed.
