Pros:

The location was amazing right on the beach front The staff were friendly

Cons:

The room for 80 pounds per night was abismal it was small there was no water source for the kettle apart from the bathroom water. If you ran the water it would fill the sink up. You awoke to builders outside your window. I can't for the life of me figure out why it was so expensive for the service offered.

Best location, worst windows
Pros:

Wonderful location with access to shops and buses on a small walking distance.

Cons:

Victoria Mansions 2 bed apartment has the worst ever windows, you can hear inside all street noise.
Bathroom in old poor state, same kitchen.

I would definitely stay here again,but would come back at a cooler time of year!
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff

Cons:

The only downside was that the room was much too warm despite the fact that we were supplied with a fan.

It’s good value if you just need a base. Not for young people.
Pros:

The hotel is right on the seafront, only a short walk to town or the grand pier.
The restaurant menu is fair, and the staff are all very nice.
Breakfast is good value.

Cons:

I was told I had a town view from my room, in fact, I could only see the flu from the kitchen, which was also noisy if the window was open, which it had to be as the supplied fan didn’t cool the room at all.
I only had a tiny vanity basin in my shower room, and it was so close to the toilet that I had to sit at an angle.
The lift is outdated, and I had to use the stairs a couple of times when people didn’t shut the doors properly.
