Pleasant friendly staff
Very poor interiors
Nothing to like
Only one staff member on site, the only food you can get is baked potato, you have to pre order continental breakfast (£8).Bar is only open till 8PM on a Saturday, you only get told this after booking. At one time im sure this place was a nice country inn and hotel, now it is an overgrown sad place, but they are still charging full hotel prices. I definitely not be going back and would advice anyone to avoid it.
Good size bedroom
Lack of facilities,no food but that was stated ,bar not open, beds were hard ,one pillow which had no filling .cracked and badly broken mug that leaked .
However beds were clean .
Ideal location for visiting Worcester given I had a car
The hotel is rather tired, and felt like it needs some rather serious TLC.
Nothing
The inn advertised 2 restaurants and a bar. In fact the restaurants were closed as was the bar, the receptionist would get you a can or a bottle if you wanted. When I pointed out we were miles from any restaurant I was told I could get a takeaway delivered! The room had a cracked sink, the shaving mirror was hanging off the wall. The coving had nails in it to stop it dropping down. I was supposed to be staying there Two nights but couldn’t face it so stayed one. I will be seeking a refund or I will be reporting it to trading standards for false advertising. The place was run down.
Noisy guests
great location
comfortanle after a long cycle day good quality beds & showers etc
Quiet
no food
Bar shut - but gentlman did open up for us so we could have a drinl
The water pressure in the shower was good but other than that there is nothing else positive I can say about my stay.
Being greeted by a skid mark in the toilet bowl and the previous occupants used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door was was not a good start.
Close to where we needed to be
Staff where good when available
Was not a lot available which was not shown when booking no food breakfast was well not great and the bar service was not fantastic
Amazing shower! Hot with fab pressure! Just what was needed after a long day riding on the bikes
Nothing. Although a bigger tea selection would have just been a bonus
Nice area
Rooms were old bed was an old divan pushed together. Tea and coffee in room but no spoons? Paid £8 each for a breakfast which was rubbish few aldi cereals and and some toast he made in the back.
There wasn’t a lot to like at all.
It was not what we were expecting. It had no food, the bar was bottles only bar. The tea room was not open on Sunday. Only seen 2 members of staff. When we were leaving the gentleman that seen us on arrival, we told him we were checking out and that we should have been staying two nights and that we had decided to just stay the one night. He just took the key off us, and never asked why we were leaving. ?
Beautiful setting, large comfy bed and comfy lounge area. We picked this hotel for its proximity to worcester races just 15 minute by car. Will definately book again when in the area
Only continental breakfast available, that said it was nice
Stunning location beautiful walks, great shower, decent bed, big room
Bar closes early, if you don't like baked potatoes your screwed
Queut and peaceful, comfortable rooms
