Facile da raggiungere sia a piedi che con i mezzi in 15-20 minuti
Bagno condiviso in mezzo alle scale tra 2 piani. I rotoli di carta igienica in più erano appoggiati sul davanzale e diverse volte erano rotolati per terra sul pavimento. Un unico mezzo telo che doveva essere utilizzato per tutte le esigenze. Receptionists poco empatici. La doppia finestra, quella interna a ghigliottina non si chiudeva completamente lasciando passare rumori e freddo. Per fortuna a maggio non è così freddo. Colazione basica. Struttura vecchiotta che abbisognerebbe di interventi

We stayed for 5 nights and found the staff friendly and eager to help us. The location of the hotel was perfect, a quick walk to multiple tube stations. There was also an M&S in easy walking distance for drinks, sandwiches, and snacks.
Two of us have coeliac disease and we did not even have to ask, there was already gluten-free bread and cereal available with a dedicated toaster for the bread, There were a variety of milk and juice options along with hard-boiled eggs and tomatoes, and fruit, a great way to start the day.
The room was on the third floor, which was fine, many stairs for my husband at 75, but there is room on the landings to rest on your way up. The bathroom in the quad room was tiny, motorhome-sized at best, but there was a shared restroom just outside the door, which provided plenty of room. We were provided a kettle for tea and cups, a nice touch.
The hotel is older, but what you would expect. We enjoyed our stay. It is not a four or five-star hotel, but it was clean, the staff was helpful and kind and it worked great for us. It is nice to be in a small family hotel.
Frukosten bättre än förväntat under veckodagarna. Personalen mycket trevlig. Läget toppen, 10 minuter till fots till Oxford Steet och 5 minuter till närmaste tunnelbana.
Rummen i källaren var sämre. Frukosten under helgen och på måndagen var undermålig då mycket tog slut och äggen koktes nog på fredagen eftersom de inte såg speciellt trevliga ut under helgen.
The location was good. There is a lovely Waterstones opposite. Only a 20 minute walk from St. Pancras.
We were placed into a room at the top of the building with obvious signs of damp and extremely poor repair. The walls were dirty, damp areas had been painted over, there was black mold on the walls and window and suspicious stains on the headboard of the bed. The bathroom was a dated, pre-fabricated model with a shower 40 cm wide and almost zero hot water pressure that did not look anything like the pictures on the website. The hot water ran out about 2 minutes into my shower. The air was thick with air freshener to mask the humid air and my partner and I both developed respiratory issues as a result. The front desk seemed to know that this was the case with the room: as soon as I went down to complain and mentioned that we were in room 11, they said that they could look for a new room for us in the morning. Apparently they are not able to see what the availability of new rooms is until the day itself, which seems implausible. They were in no rush to help us immediately and seemed to be dealing with it as a matter of routine. Nobody working at the hotel seemed to have any real power to make remediation and we were simply brushed off and told to email the holding company if we wanted to ask for a refund. On top of this, the breakfast was the bare minimum that could reasonably be called "continental".
The location was convenient to the SoHo area. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The continental breakfast had a great selection.
The whole hotel, rooms and bathrooms were extremely outdated and in need of a massive face lift. The bedroom was horribly dirty as was the bathroom. Actually the bathroom was quite disgusting and the shower water just turned off by itself. My husband got a towel with nasty stains all over it. Be aware of the shared toilet and showers with strangers.

Nice stay as usual. Simple but clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'll definitely stay at Arran House every time I come to London.

Que la ventana de la habitación no se pudiera abrir para ventilar la habitación por lo que había una humedad tremenda.
The proximity to Euston and restaurants. The breakfast was a reasonable continental breakfast. The breakfast room was tidy and not too busy at 7.30am when we went. We were provided wirh towels and shampoo/shower gel. We could also refill our water bottles at the machine in the breakfast room.
The shower on the top floor only seemed to operate on one temperature - very hot. It also kept cutting out so it took a long time to have a shower. There was also no extraction in the shower room so it got very hot and humid.
We stayed on the hottest days of the year, so the room was very uncomfortable to sleep at night, even with the window open. I did know about the lack of air conditioning, but had I known that the weather would be so hot, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere.
The decor in the hotel is old and shabby. The place could do with new carpets and fresh paint on the doors and walls.
