Good just bathroom issue
Pros:

I liked the location, the breakfast was beautiful and the staff were brilliant. Couldnt fault them. Beds were comfortable and fresh towels/toiletries daily

Cons:

The small fridge/freezer kept us awake it was too loud and making mad noises every half hour or so, i wouldnt have this in the room. The made shift bathroom was just not for me. Very small. It was the shower mainly it wasnt that clean, the shower curtain stuck to you as there wasnt enough space and the water trickled out

Pros:

Good-sized single room, value for money at £70/night at this location.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing compared to other similar hotels. Staff were very rude when asked for a hand towel for the room, apparently single rooms only get a single towel regardless of length of stay for everything (shower, hands, mat...). Shower was always boiling hot, could not turn it down

Everything is decent except for the bugs.
Pros:

The staff is friendly. The breakfast is nice. Shower and bed are reasonably comfortable.

Cons:

My wife and I got bitten probably by bed bugs. We together have over 15 swollen red hot hard itchy bites overnight. My daughter smashed a bug on her bed that spilled out blood. Some of these bites weren’t obvious until hours later. Since we rushed to check out, we didn’t get a chance to notify front desk.

Nice hotel in a good location with great staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff super helpful and the addition of free breakfast (great choice!) was a really nice touch.

Cons:

Few details, such as having space on one side of the double bed so one person didn't have to climb over the other if they needed to get up in the night.
A shelve in the shower for shower gel & shampoo & the bathroom door was clear glass which meant there was no privacy if you went to the toilet (a blind or curtain would help!)

The worst experience in London I have ever had

The possibility to access the garden from the room and the location of the hotel

Cons:

I'm pretty sure it was because of the room I chose, but the experience was not good. At first, the room needs a full renovation. It seemed the room of an old, poor man. A bed, a corridor of the same dimensions as the bed, and the bathroom of the same dimensions as the bed. Due to the structure's age, it was not possible to keep the doors open because they automatically slipped down. Then, although I appreciated the possibility of accessing the garden, the room was really hot, and the valve needed to turn off the radiator was not present. I asked for a solution, but the kind receptionist was only able to find a temporary solution that obliged me to keep the door open (the one for accessing the garden) for the 3 nights. Then the room was only cleaned on the last day (although they only had to tidy up the bed and clean the small bathroom).In addition, the pipes for warming the room ran near the head of the bed, so they continued to the room's hot air.
Finally, I was hit by a phishing attack (the hotel knew that all its customers were under attack at the time). I asked the hotel for the official check-in link (because I had clicked and entered credit card information only on the one in the email received via Booking). However, the hotel has never responded to my simple question: What was the official link, and did you ask for credit card information? Therefore, I had to contact the bank to block the card, and I am paying for a replacement card. So ... The experience was really terrible. I suggest closing the room and using it only as a warehouse until it is renewed, because it was not exactly what a customer expects from a 3-star hotel.

Odada kalorifer vardı ve çok üşüyünce açıyorduk. Lokasyon güzel. Tam merkezi değil ama British museum’a 8 dk yürüme mesafesinde.

Cons:

Çok eski ve bundan dolayı pis. Odaya halı döşenmiş pislik içinde. Mobilyalar çöpten toplanmış gibi çok eski, toz içinde. Odada dolanmak imkansız, mobilyalar çok eski ve kırık. Banyo tuvalet ortak kullanıyorsunuz, dışarıda. Yani sırf lokasyon yüzünden para kazanıyor başka tutunacak yeri yok.
