El personal és muy amable, las camas cómodas, limpio, el desayuno variado y la ubicación excelente.

Cons:

El baño es muy pequeño pero és privado y hace su función. La habitación és un poco vieja pero la mayoría de cosas con un poco de pintura se solucionan. Teníamos ventiladores pero tuvimos una noche con mucha calor (cosa que no és normal en Londres) y hubiéramos agradecido tener aire acondicionado.

buena comunicación con varias estaciones de metro, se llega caminando a varios sitios cómo king's cross, Trafalgar square, oxford Street

Cons:

pedimos una habitación de cama de matrimonio y cama de 90, y nos dan cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama incomodísimo que encima no permitía abrir el armario por que estaba todo encajado de mala manera

Very pleasant
Pros:

Very pleasant one night stay. Room was perfect for the one night and location was absolutely spot on for what we required. Only slight downside was the breakfast room was too small for the number of people, and quite hot. The continental breakfast was adequate but suffering a little from the heat.

Très bien. La consigne pour bagage est aussi très pratique et bien organisée.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement dans Londres. La chambre était assez grande et j'ai apprécié la propreté des lieux. Le fait d'avoir des produits pour la douche était aussi agréable. Il faisait très chaud quand nous sommes venus et nous avions été prévenues qu'il n'y avais pas d'air conditionné cependant nous avons vraiment apprécié les ventilateurs mis à notre disposition.

Cons:

Nous avions tasses, thé et café mais pas de bouilloire à proximité pour en profiter.
