Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel
Pros:

Brilliant location, nice friendly staff. Room was a very good size with a comfortable bed

Cons:

Room was cold inside when we arrived in the evening. No radiator on and so hadn’t been checked before we got there. Took a long while to warm up. Staff were helpful but as it’s Feb I think that’s something that should be checked before guests arrive.

Pros:

Just one night as we wanted to walk British Camp. Room was excellent, very comfortable with superb bathroom.
Food and drink was very good, local beers and excellent steaks.

Cons:

As a resident the latest you can take breakfast is 9.00 (even though checkout is a generous 11.00) but as a non resident breakfast is served until 11.30. Seems a bit odd

Excellent hotel we’ll be back
Pros:

Lovely cosy stay. Staff are great and we got a warm welcome. Food is good too.

Cons:

Nothing really. Plain yogurt with breakfast would be good and I don’t like smoked bacon but they are just personal preferences.

Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf in een mooie omgeving
Pros:

Goed bed en ontbijt was tevens uitstekend.

Cons:

Gezien de hoge buitentemperatuur zou een airco fijn zijn geweest.
