Pros:

It was very comfortable to relax in

Cons:

Bar snacks finished at 6pm, we would have liked a snack in the evening as opposed to a full meal without having to leave the hotel.

Worth staying at for the food and attentive staff but the plumbing definitely needs sorting out.
Pros:

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Staff, especially those at breakfast, were excellent throughout and could not be more helpful. Food in the restaurant was good and the portions were substantial.

Cons:

Not the place to stay if you do not like having dogs in eating areas. The plumbing in the rooms was odd with intermittent water flow and a very quirky/difficult toilet flushing mechanism.

Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

Great hotel, we were given four poster room which was big, lovely modern bathroom again great size. Very tasty breakfast with plenty of choice, breakfast staff were lovely, cheerful and helpful. Food on Wednesday night was disappointing. Would definitely use the hotel again.

Cons:

Evening meal on Wednesday night. I had beetroot falafel not very beetrooty or that tasty, some of the chips were OK but others were a bit hard in middle. That said we spoke to other guests and they had enjoyed the food so maybe mine was just bad luck.

Wrong description of room with Land mark view got a better view at my own home not good value at all
Pros:

food okay drinks to expensive

Cons:

total false description of room with a land mark view totally false no land mark just scrub land adjacent to a noisey main road .The main road was closed with diversion signs adjacent to the entrance of the hotel had to use a very poorly surfaced badly pot holed road to access the hotel this information WAS not given at the booking info etc. Traffic noise could be heard all the time because of this diversion also cars were constantly being parked outside the hotel for walkers from early morning to evening times etc.Not value for money expensive for two night stay wil Not be staying again .

Very pleasant stay with excellent breakfast
Pros:

It was in a nice location and had a good atmosphere around the bar area . The room was nicely decorated with good amenities and staff were very pleasant and welcoming

Cons:

The bed although comfortable did feel quite small. The road near the hotel was closed for roadwork which meant we had to go quite a long way round to get to hotel.

Lovely hotel and a great break away.
Pros:

The food was excellent and the accommodation was first class, with very helpful, friendly staff.
The location is excellent for walkers and is also close enough to Great Malvern to have a look around the town. ( despite the road works, which are due to complete in April 2026) I can highly recommend this hotel for a truly lovely break away.

Cons:

Nothing is was all lovely.
