Important information:

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and at an additional cost, on the condition that owners accept full responsibility for the cost of any damage or extra cleaning needed. Dogs are not allowed to be left in the room unattended. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per room. All dogs must be well behaved. No other pets are accepted.

Christmas day rates include an evening buffet and quiz. Please note that the buffet will only be available in the evening.

On 31st December, food is served from 12:00 (midday) until 15:00 with a normal menu. From 18:00 until 21:30 a special fixed price menu is GBP 49 per person. Please call the hotel for details prior to arrival.

Great stay - would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Perfect position for walking the hills. Bar food available all day.

Cons:

Breakfast service was slow on the first morning but I think they had a staff shortage. Second morning was much better with two members of staff.
