Good clean hotel

Room and bathroom were large & well decorated and very comfy bed.

Prachtige omgeving en klassiek Engels etablissement.
Pros:

Geweldig lief personeel.

Een van de bedden was niet schoon. Even doorgeven en direct opgelost. Verder was alles schoon, comfortabel en ene prachtige locatie.

Cons:

Pros:

The location at the top of the pass and proximity to the British Camp Hill Fort is very convenient and picturesque. However, the facility was a bit tired in places, the staff were not friendly, and the food was only okay.

A lovely find, we will return.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and comfortable, our room was clearly recently decorated and spotlessly clean. The little touches matter, really nice loo roll (!), a genuine welcome to us and our dog and a menu that offered lots of choice and good value food. We hadn't realised what a wonderful spot for walking the hotel is in, so will definitely return for longer. We needed a comparatively early start on the Sunday so really appreciated the fact that breakfast was served from 8am.

Cons:

Can't think of anything
