Perfect
Pros:

I knew the reviews were good but I was really impressed during my stay. The rooms are super clean, bed is comfortable, big room and bathroom, quiet, the staff were lovely, food was delicious. They are very dog friendly as well, we had ours come with us and we were able to buy her a doggy welcome back with a ball in it and treats which was a nice touch. Everything is done right and there is a lot of attention to details. I will definitely return.

Beautiful setting
Pros:

The location and the hotel itself was beautiful. We had our sisters wedding in Malvern and we held the pre wedding and guests stay at the hotel.
The only negative I would say was our dinner wasn’t the greatest. And the food didn’t reflect the price.

Cons:

Just the food wasn’t up to scratch

Food was great but value for money and comfort (bed size) lacking
Pros:

Breakfast staff were great

Cons:

Bed whilst advertised was a double was very small. Also the bar staff in the evening were not helpful at all when asking for a non alcoholic cocktail - it was beyond them.

Decent
Pros:

Great location. Clean. Nice condition especially the eating areas. Polite and helpful staff. Lovely walks from the door. Quality food. Fan in the room.

Cons:

Not enough staff on at breakfast- one poor girl politely having to do everything which meant it was slow and not quite up to scratch given that the hotel was busy.

The curtains in our room were really flimsy and the blinds in the adjoining room were not sufficient. I would expect for a quality hotel and for the price, to have decent heavy curtains. Luckily our children aren’t little but it would have been an issue if not.

Cons:
