Important information:

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and at an additional cost, on the condition that owners accept full responsibility for the cost of any damage or extra cleaning needed. Dogs are not allowed to be left in the room unattended. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per room. All dogs must be well behaved. No other pets are accepted.

Christmas day rates include an evening buffet and quiz. Please note that the buffet will only be available in the evening.

On 31st December, food is served from 12:00 (midday) until 15:00 with a normal menu. From 18:00 until 21:30 a special fixed price menu is GBP 49 per person. Please call the hotel for details prior to arrival.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Second visit to hotel. Would go again.

Cons:

Just 2 girls serving breakfast to full dining rooms. They could have done with more. Didn't get our toast, husband ordered full English breakfast but didn't get bacon or hash browns. Tried to catch waitress but she was so busy she never heard us.

Mixed stay, first day good, second day bit of a disaster
Pros:

The property is conveniently located for some of the walks around the Malvern Hills. The food was good and the overall attitude of staff was pleasant. The room was large and on an initial inspection seemed clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, on our second day the toilet button broke. We left for the afternoon with the expectation it would be fixed whilst we were away. We returned to our room to find our door propped open, with no one working in the room and our belongings exposed to anyone walking past. We discovered the team were unable to fix the problem in the toilet and with no spare rooms we were offered a bucket to flush water down the loo for the remainder of our stay. We also uncovered half eaten dog biscuits under the bed, although as noted the majority of the room was clean. A big thank you to the lady on reception who arranged for a return of the cost of the second night of our stay. We welcome this gesture, but it still does not excuse our personal belongings being left at risk.

Excellent stay, very comfortable, fabulous service & food
Pros:

We had the cooked breakfast, it was gorgeous & filling. The service was excellent. Our room & ensuit bathroom were better than we'd thought it would be . We had an excellent night's sleep.

Cons:

Sadly the weather could've been better, but you can't do much about that.
