I knew the reviews were good but I was really impressed during my stay. The rooms are super clean, bed is comfortable, big room and bathroom, quiet, the staff were lovely, food was delicious. They are very dog friendly as well, we had ours come with us and we were able to buy her a doggy welcome back with a ball in it and treats which was a nice touch. Everything is done right and there is a lot of attention to details. I will definitely return.
The location and the hotel itself was beautiful. We had our sisters wedding in Malvern and we held the pre wedding and guests stay at the hotel.
The only negative I would say was our dinner wasn’t the greatest. And the food didn’t reflect the price.
Just the food wasn’t up to scratch
Home from home
Nothing was wrong
Breakfast staff were great
Bed whilst advertised was a double was very small. Also the bar staff in the evening were not helpful at all when asking for a non alcoholic cocktail - it was beyond them.
Gutes, solides Hotel auf dem Three Choirs Way
The area was lovely and the food was very good
We had a dog with us which I did notify the hotel of prior to our arrival but when we arrived we were told we were getting a small room as they didn't know we were bringing a dog
Nice size room. Very good breakfast and dinner.
We were there when the ambient temperature was 35°C so the room was very hot.
Warm welcome, lovely views, cosy room, exceptionally clean, beautiful bathroom with great bath and power showers, delicious food. All staff were friendly and very efficient. Easy car parking. Bottles of water by our bedside. Full length mirror. Had a great night's sleep. Healthy dog treats for sale at reception.
n/a were very happy with all aspects of our stay.
Glorious location at foot of the Herefordshire Beacon/British Camp, perfect for walking this part of the Malvern Hills. Rooms were lovely and food/service good. Parking great too.
No complaints
Great position for exploring Malvern Hills

Fantastic evening meal. friendly staff. plenty of parking. good choice of breakfasts.
We only stayed for one night...
Great location. Clean. Nice condition especially the eating areas. Polite and helpful staff. Lovely walks from the door. Quality food. Fan in the room.
Not enough staff on at breakfast- one poor girl politely having to do everything which meant it was slow and not quite up to scratch given that the hotel was busy.
The curtains in our room were really flimsy and the blinds in the adjoining room were not sufficient. I would expect for a quality hotel and for the price, to have decent heavy curtains. Luckily our children aren’t little but it would have been an issue if not.
Very comfortable hotel in good surroundings
Ran out of croissants at breakfast having been over generous with early customers.
Restaurant food not very imaginative
Beautiful room. Large and lovely decor. Nice dining areas. Lovely setting
Waiting on taxi pickup delayed and expensive, so not actually hotel related. But noy close to towns if you need one
