Dispite the above it was ok.
Pros:

Clean organized, friendly

Cons:

Construction work and noise from above floor. Room was very small uncomfortable. Bumping each other. No closets.

Z Hotel - Great spot
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Right in the action. Room was clean and comfortable and adequate for my needs. Was also very secure which suited me being alone.

Cons:

Room would have been too small and dark if I wasn't out all day. Was also tricky getting my stuff up and down the stairs (but the staff did warn me about that). Not a deal breaker.

The hotel seemed a bit "tired" and dull.
