Pros:

The location was phenomenal..in the heart of covent garden by a beautiful church.The garden was ablaze with spring flowers and an oasis of peace .The cafe was cosy and well priced and most of the staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

I selected a room with a window and paid extra. .On
arrival I was told room was in basement. I queried this as I couldn't see how there coukd be windows in basement .The receptionist said only room available .when I got to the room it had a window with bars, looking on to a dark alley .As a solo female traveller I really didn't feel safe .I returned to reception to ask if any possibility of a different room. I also mentioned that the booking details stated a coffee maker whereas there was only a kettle. A really nice guy who had appeared along side the previous receptionist was really helpful and kind and moved me to an attic room with a big window .It was a lovely room.. He said the hotel needed to change the fact it was offering coffee machines as none of rooms had them ! The room details also stated free toiletries which were a pump on wall . The staff I met were lovely and helpful and the room I ended up with was really nice

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De locatie was geweldig precies bij Covent garden naast een heel.mooi gelegen kerkje. Bij de receptie kun je wat eten en drinken. Veel koffie en thee op kamer.

Cons:

De bedden zijn heel hard. De kamer is alles aanwezig maar te klein en te weinig zitgedeelte, maar 1 stoel dus moet je wel.op het bed zitten met twee personen. Ook te weinig kasten en geen tafeltje voor je spullen. Geen raam en douche is zeer.krap. in verhouding met prijs te duur. Kamer wordt 1 x per 2 dagen schoongemaakt althans thee en koffie en handdoeken..meer niet. Dat was niet bekend op booking.com.

Brilliant location. Felt very safe either large gates being locked after 9. Anything you need from a room.

Bonne emplacement et chambre petite
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour circuler dans Londres en transport ou à pied. Côté jardin donc chambre calme.

Cons:

Small and cozy room in the heart of Covent Garden
Pros:

Location is perfect and right in the heart of Covent Garden. Tesco Express a 20 second walk, just right across the street. Room is tiny, but sufficient if you're just going to be out for the whole day and just coming back to rest. Its literally 3 steps from the bed to the bathroom, and another 3 steps from the bathroom to the door - thats how small the room is.

I dropped off my luggage upon arrival at around 11am, and when I returned at 8pm, they already helped to put my luggages in the room. Exceptional service!

Might be a little difficult to find the entrance in the beginning. It shares the same entrance as to St. Paul's Church - once you enter the gates, look out for the "Z Hotels" sign on the right and enter through the doors.

Cons:

Space in the room could be better utilised. More hangers and shelving in the room would make it a much better stay for guests.

Pros:

Perfecte locatie, vriendelijk personeel, goede hygiëne, moderne kamers.

Cons:

In de éénpersoonskamer zonder raam was een lichtje dat je niet kon uitschakelen. Aangezien deze zich boven het bed bevond, stoorde dit gedurende de nacht wel een beetje. Zeker een nachtmasker meenemen dus!
