Staff and bar were lovely
Rooms were not as advertised. Rooms were outdated and uncomfortable as well as small. Wallpaper was dirty and peeling off the walls. Bed sheets had stains. Tv was very small

bed was rock hard, toilet was dirty on arrival , breakfast was poor. woke up at 7:30 by cleaners in cleaning cupboard right next to my room.
I like the place is very good and easy to relocate staff were good and helpful.
But I was not happy with the baby coat bed there was not any single matrass in it.
The room was immaculate the staff do friendly and helpful especially with wake up call

The tv didn’t work at all and neither did the Wi-Fi for the tv couldn’t watch anything

The facilities and restaurant was lovely.
Considering the price of the room for two nights it was very poor. You couldn’t swing a cat in it. Quite frankly a rip off.
Good value, generally in good condition internally, good service, good restaurant.
Exterior rather tired and in need of redecoration.

No towels, broken shower head, dirty floors, broken kettle and smoking directly under window. Very run down and needs updating. Weirdly, no main light in the room.
The public areas are nice. Beds were clean.
The bedrooms are terrible and require updating very badly. The decor is tired and worn. The bathroom wasn’t clean, shower head hadn’t been cleaned in a really long time. The prices are extortionate in comparison to the quality and cleanliness of room you get.
So handy for Glasgow airport. Large clean room. Bed was fairly comfy. Big thick carpets in halls meant we didn't hear people dragging cases at 3am. And very little noise from planes

Nice bar and restaurant. Food was good. Friendly staff.
Public and Corporate Wi-Fi was terrible on the third floor. No sign of any Wi-Fi boosters. Outside looks very tired and dated.
