A really nice weekend shame about the extra cost for breakfasts
Pros:

Brilliant restaurant's and pubs all within walking distance so you didn't have to drive

Cons:

It's the third time we've stayed there in the last 12 months and still no breakfast's been served.i think you should have breakfasts included in the price of the stay.
Not to have to go up the road to a café and have to pay extra at £26 a day and we stayed for 3 nights so not cheap

supportive and enabling staff
Pros:

The staff was very supportive of a whole group of us whpo needed a stay and facilities for a funeral party. They changed their normal patterns to accommodate us with great spirit and flexibility

Cons:

It was quite difficult to have separate bills for the variety of people and options that we had - but that wasn't down to the hotel staff or their willing ness to be helpful at all

Pleasant if access to my room hadn’t been so difficult.

All the stairs and heavy doors or steep slippery metal fire escape stairs to manage with my luggage,
