No breakfast options, no robes as advertised for the Diamond suite, no waters in the room and the nest of pigeons in the loft directly above us, plus traffic from 6am

The location was excellent and near to some lovely restaurants. The room we had was very nice and spacious.
No facilities still for breakfast in property. The en-suite bathroom needed updating. There was mould in the shower and a strange smell from the plumbing.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not.
The town was nice.
The wine was atrocious. £17 for two glasses but we threw it away.
No WiFi, no glasses, towels were extremely small and common areas need a thorough clean. The way out before 9am is via a fire escape which was not particularly safe.
We were told we could get breakfast off site but the cafe was closed.
A nice DJ was on.......but it was way too loud!
Henley in arden is lovely to visit quaint shops some lovely pubs people so friendly
There wasn't anything not to like there is just thing I have to say was disappointed with are meal at the swan hotel the food was cold vegetables raw and the meat was really salty there was no one to speak to as they were all busy in the bar apart from that I would definitely go back to the swan hotel again
The property was centrally located which was great.
The room we stayed in (17) was dark as it was in the eves. Even with all of the lights on it was still dark. Lots of the spot lights didn’t work. The shower door was broken and shower hard mould in the grouting. The taps were also covered in scaling and needed descaling. I was disappointed with the standard.
