Room very clean & comfortable
Lack of hot water in the bathroom on both mornings
Perfect location, comfortable, good price. The room is a good size.
Also dog friendly 😊
Only slightly issue is the shower not powerful enough.
Beautiful room
The toilet got blocked
Nicely decorated and set up room, comfortable bed, ample parking, good pub food at reasonable prices. Beer was pricey so we only had one.
I emailed a question to the property via booking.com (3 times)and got no response. Probably better to phone direct.
We had to be in Derby for 7.30am to set up for an exhibition. Breakfast doesn't start till 8am. Not obvious when you book.
Over all nice place to stay. Food unfortunately was as expected and was poor compared to previous previous. Friendly staff.
Earlier breakfast on weekends.
The food was super tasty and in a very cosy atmosphere. The rooms were great with everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The teaspoon was dirty and the service in the restaurant could have been a little more efficient.
The staff were lovely, the breakfast was great and the location great too.
The room (room 1) smelt damp and there was mould growing on the central window. There were brown stains on the bath mat and the bath was not clean, brown marks and hair in it. The mugs in the room were also dirty covered in brown stains that wiped off with tissue. The bed did not fit up against the headboard, there was a large gap and our daughter got her head painfully stuck in it.
The staff were very welcoming and took the time to engage with our requests.
A lovely spacious room, comfy beds.
Great food, reasonable.
We couldn't fault the place
Good value, good food and great room.
Nothing.
