Very comfortable large room
Extraction fan in bathroom didn't work
I was amazed by this hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped (great shower, very comfortable bed, plenty of room). Everything was very new and the air conditioning was great! Price was excellent and staff are lovely. Miles better than Premier Inn and will definitely use again if I need to!

WiFi was good, clean, comfy bed, air con, good pressure in the shower, Free parking and in a services so you have shops etc next door.
I booked a room with air con and then when I was checking in, I had a room without air con. Half the hotel has air con and half doesn’t, they just have a fan. The receptionist changed my room to one with air con (the last one!) which I was over the moon with. Beware when booking that air con on the booking doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get it!

Not the property’s fault, but parking tight near the hotel. The EV charger was slow and in much demand so I got up at 6 am to move the car to charge. Difficult to get out due to being surrounded by vans but the car’s systems helped. Looks like more chargers there soon.

The cot we was given was dirty on the mesh and the room was very noisy from people walking past at all hours

The lady at the reception was very pleasant. The room was clean and served the purpose.
Oh! And there were an air-conditioning which actually worked!
The room was reasonably clean, I don't normally stay at hotels allowing pets as I have had bites in the past and don't appreciate paying for a hotel and coming away with bites, regardless of how clean an animal may be they can all carry fleas even for a short while before treatment but it does appear this hotel cleans the rooms well so I will stay here again pending any bites if any, after which I will not
