Cons:

The room are not sound proof . The noise from other room were disturbing . Clearly not good if you are looking for good night sleep . Also though they mention car park available , nobody told me to book it or register the number .

The lady on duty in the evening was cheerful and helped us as we needed some plasters.

Cons:

Car park pot holes and muddy.
Shoes got dirty.

No one spoke to us when checking out. The staff sat in the chairs in reception. This was very poor and should be addressed.

The bathroom smelled of urine. The floor needs scrubbing.
