Pros:

Amazingly been near the motorway, you can’t hear the motorway. It’s really quiet and the staff are so helpful so friendly always made you feel welcome.

Pros:

Really fit for purpose. Ideally located for a night off the M1 on long journey. Ideal family room. Really comfortable, clean and well equipped for price. Choice of places in adjoining services good too. Lovely staff especially Zoe who gave us a really warm welcome and helped with the little one. Thank you!

Pros:

Good proximity to motorway, staff very pleasant, room clean and comfy

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a strong smell of stale smoke in my room more prominent in the bathroom. Opening the window I could see 7 cigarette butts just outside it so I assume someone was smoking in there previously.
