Friendly and comfortable out of the way stay.
Pros:

It is out of the way in a small town. The separate rooms part is much newer than the main house where the restaurant and staff quarters are.

Cynthia (?) Was very friendly, helpful and accommodating when I had to extend a day because I accidentally gave myself food poisoning.

The room was fairly large, room amenities were nice etc.

Cons:

Breakfast would have been nice, but we went to a restaurant down the road and got a good breakfast.

It wasn't well.signed, thank goodness for Google maps and being on a low speed road!

Not worth the money

Location. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Room was not what as advertised. There is NO way this is a 4 star hotel. The room was small, very basic, cracked sink, tiny old shower, no air conditioning, and generally old.

Bon séjour dans cette région
Pros:

Accueil très sympathique. Chambre super propre et lits confortables. Un beau refuge en plein village et loin des hordes de touristes de Kamouraska. On est quand même à proximité des attraits de la région en 20 minutes ou moins.

Cons:

Tout était parfait.

Aucun service !!! Restaurant insalubre!!

Aucun employé pour nous recevoir, toute les porte barrée ,une affiche dans la porte avec un numéro de téléphone mais personne n’a jamais répondu ni rappeler !!!! Ne répond pas non plus par message sur booking !!!! J’ai réussi à avoir ma cle de chambre en croisant un employé qui sortais des poubelles du restaurant!!! Un autre client a attendu 1h sans que personne lui ai répondu par téléphone ou message avant de quitter pour se trouver une chambre ailleur !!! Ps la cuisine du restaurant est insalubre!!!

The fact that nobody was there. There was a number on the door to call which I did. Nobody answered and I left 4 voicemails after which I left to find other accommodations while there was still time.

Pros:

Le plancher est propre et sans tapis, l’espace d’occupation de la chambre et salle de bain appréciable et le calme environnement des lieux.

Cons:

En arrivant, on est surpris de l’aspect extérieur de l’hotel par a part de la photo qui est illustrée dans l’annonce; c’etait découragent et le stationnement boueux mal entretenu car il avait plu et on a du essuyer les souliers et malheureusement salir.
Dans les chambres le dehumidificateur fonctionne mais il faut souvent vider l’eau et le bruit?
