Good value hotel on outskirts.
Pros:

The hotel was very welcolming and the room was a good size with lovely comfy bed. Food was very good. Would stay again.

50th birthday two nights break
Pros:

Lovely hotel and pub, great welcome when we arrived The room was a good size with a good size on suite. The food was lovely had breakfast included and had a meal both nights which was well priced. The location is good only a 30 minute walk through the park to the city center.

Cons:

The only problem was the bed was too hard but for two nights that's ok.

Pros:

Nice place, we'd stay again. Although we had a broken toilet seat, I did report but nothing was done to replace it. Stayed in room 4 the bathroom was a bit tight.

Carpark, food was good.

Camere sopra un pub (molto bello il pub) La camera era enorme e pulitissima. Il check in è stato facile e veloce così come il check out

Cons:

Siamo andati per vedere la partita di rugby e quindi il costo della stanza era molto alto, ma si sa che quando c’è la nazionale. Però almeno 2 bottigliette d’acqua in omaggio nella stanza potevano metterle.

Overnight stay for football
Pros:

Very welcoming at check in.
Room was clean and comfortable and good to have blackout curtains.
All the staff in the bar and restaurant were also friendly and helpful.
Would stay again if in the area.

Cons:

Room key and lock were a little difficult to unlock but could have just been me.

Great value for money, friendly staff, great food, large spacious room
Pros:

Have stayed here several times, and will continue to stay in the future when travelling to Cardiff. Staff are great, efficient, nothing is too much trouble, and its lovely to see staff that take the time to chat and have a smile on their face.

Cons:

Happy with everything, good value for money we paind £67 for a family room for the night.

Good stay in a good location to city centre

Room was very good but smaller than expected for £250 / night
Location was spot on for avisit to the principality stadium

Pros:

Great location and nice place with free parking. Very good breekfast and room was realy nice and quiet - no disturbance despite being in a pub. Would stay again.

Pros:

All staff were friendly and accomodating - nothing was too much trouble. Room was a great size. Bed was firm but comfortable. Had a lovely meal in the evening and again for breakfast the next morning. The location is brilliant and the car park at the rear was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.
