Friendly staff, very convenient location, comfortable rooms, great food options in the pub. Easy check in process.
The main downfall is the wifi. There is very little phone signal (not the hotel's fault) but then the wifi does not work either.
Location, great atmosphere in the bar. Nice modern bathroom.
Room very hot (I know it was a hot weekend but could do with having windows that open at the top.
The place is so nice. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The bed and pillows are soft and comfy. The bathroom is clean and smells good. The room seems soundproof as I didn't hear other guests nearby which is good because my sleep wasn't interrupted. I recommend this place.
I don't think 1 small fan is enough during the heatwave season.

The location was great, the rooms were large and comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom was a good standard.
The UK has been experiencing extremely hot weather, and unfortunately the hotel was completely unprepared for it. We arrived back after the Teddy Swims concert at around 11pm, but the room was so unbearably hot that we left the property at 4am because it was impossible to sleep or stay there comfortably.
If a hotel knows it cannot provide a room that is reasonably comfortable or suitable for guests due to the weather, it should be honest with customers beforehand and offer the option to cancel or rearrange the booking.
Instead, it felt as though the priority was simply taking payment, with very little concern shown for customer welfare. Leaving at 4am says everything about how unacceptable the conditions were.
Extremely disappointing, and I would not stay here again during hot weather unless proper cooling or customer support is provided.
Easy online check in and check out. Clean room. Fan in room. Comfy bed.
Was way overpriced for what it was. Felt more like a B&B. Small room with no air on hot night. Tiny car park and no where else near to park nearby without good 15 min plus walk and expensive too at NCP. Tv in room didn't work. Breakfast order was wrong and wasn't worth including in the price for what it was.

Tired room, tiny bed, shower not draining, loads of flies on the ceiling, wood chip wallpaper, boiling in the heatwave had to have cold showers to try and sleep.
