Ein höchst edles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Die Unterkunft gewährte mir ein Zimmer-Upgrade (Suite mit viel Platz) aufgrund meiner besonderen Bedürfnisse als Rollstuhlfahrer. Dies wurde von uns sehr geschätzt!

Es war ein super Erlebnis und sehr erholsam.
Pros:

Zunächst wurden wir von einem sehr freundlichen Angestellten des Hotels vom Bahnhof abgeholt und im Hotel hat man uns ebenfalls sehr freundlich und höflich empfangen. Überhaupt grüßen alle Angestellten einen, was einem das angenehme Gefühl gibt, willkommen zu sein.
Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das angrenzende Bad war angenehm gross, warm, hatte viel Stauraum und war blitzsauber.
Das mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt zubereitete Essen schmeckte vorzüglich - auf Wunsch erhält man alle drei Vorspeisen 🤗😋 und ein großzügiges Supplement. Gute Idee!
Das Thermalbad ist Spitzenklasse, unkompliziert, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ist sehr sauber. Super war das 25m Schwimmbecken draußen.
Jeden Morgen gibt es ein Tagesjournal, wo Anlässe angeboten werden, und kurze, bedenkenswerte Texte stehen - z.B. kurze Analyse zu häufig gebrauchten Sprichwörtern, Mythen zum Sehen.
In der Hotelhalle hat es viele bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, wo man alleine für sich oder mit anderen Gästen ungestört sein kann. Eine Leseecke mit vielen Büchern, Bildbänden, Zeitschriften, bietet Unterhaltung. Ein Café, wo ausgesucht feine Patisserie angeboten wird, fehlt auch nicht.
Die Angestellten des Hotels sind überaus freundlich, aufmerksam, liebenswürdig. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und bestens aufgehoben.

جداً جميله وموقعها جميل وسعرها مناسب ولكن هاااااااادئه جداً واغلب الزباين كبار سن وعجايز لقرب الموقع من مركز العلاج الطبيعي والسبا والمسبح. تصلح لفتره قصيره فقط يوم او يومين بالكثير. منطقه أمينه وبالقرب منك سوبرماركت. موظفين الاستقبال جداً متساعدين ومحترفين في التعامل…👍👍

Ja das Frühstück war ok. Für Hotelgäste war es etwas ungewohnt mit den Patienten im gleichen Raum zu frühstücken.

Cons:

Ich denke es wäre etwas Zeitgemässer und Umweltschonender wenn die Tische nicht mit Tischtüchern eingedeckt wären.

Advertised as a spa hotel, this is in fact a rehabilitation clinic — with patients, nursing staff, and clinical faciliti

I didn't stay as it was grossly misrepresented. It is a rehab facility not a leisure wellness hotel.

Cons:

This property is misrepresented. I booked it as a spa/wellness hotel for a birthday splurge, but it is clearly a rehabilitation clinic. Nearly everyone onsite was a patient, nursing staff, or a visitor — I did not see a single other leisure guest. Signs at the elevator pointed to physiotherapy and neuropsychology, staff wore nursing uniforms, and wheelchairs were parked in the hallways.

For someone celebrating recovery from major surgeries (and caring for a parent recently in rehab), this environment was triggering and completely inappropriate. My bill was over $300 for one night and spa access I did not use, and the manager refused cancellation even though I booked only two hours before arrival. It also took time to reach Booking.com support, and I am still waiting for resolution.

Guests deserve transparency: this is not a leisure hotel, but a rehabilitation clinic.

Bains superbes, hôtel classique, restaurant à éviter
Pros:

Hôtel classique, chambre petite mais confortable, accueil sympathique, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, proximité de la gare CFF, bains assez exceptionnels

Cons:

La cuisine est assez indigne d'un tel établissement, aucun assaisonnement, portions trop petites pour des clients "traditionnels" rapport qualité prix de restaurant très mauvais. En 18 mois (1ère visite) la baisse est spectaculaire. Vous mangerez dans une clinique, ne l'oubliez pas. L'ambiance est donc celle d'une maison de retraite. Un espace séparé pour les clients non médicalisés de l'hôtel me paraît indispensable. Toutes les informations sont en allemand, très peu d'employés parlent le français, certains ne maîtrisent même pas l'anglais (idem aux bains thermaux).
L'espace spa est magnifique et complet, évitez les nocturnes du vendredi et du samedi car à cause de l'absence totale de surveillance en présentiel, de nombreux couples profitent de l'obscurité pour se livrer à des postures et des gestes inappropriés, cela est assez dérangeant.
