Very poor
Cons:

We had a hard time even finding the place, the position on both Apple Maps and Baidu wasn't accurate (THE POSITION IS WRONG ON BOOKING TOO! If you're looking for a hotel near the station this is not it!!) so we ended up spending an hour and a half walking around aimlessly looking for the hotel, then when we got there they didn't have our reservation and told us that it had been cancelled, even though on the app it was regular and I hadn't received any email telling me it was canceled, no receptionist spoke english (figures) and it was only by the grace of God that we met an english teacher (I will always be thankful to that woman!!) who helped us speaking with them: it was only after a while that the receptionist was typing on her computer that my reservation was also canceled on the app (coincidence? I don't think so) and they told us that they had a room available but that it had a water pipe issue and that a guy was going upstairs to fix it. After waiting (not much time actually) they told us that it was ok to go so we went to our room only to find water all over the bathroom (they didn't even mop the floor), the room was sufficiently clean but the shower had stains of rust and hard water; I shouldn't even mention that we didn't use the bathroom that night.
