Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Sehr unfreundlicher (Empfangs)chef. Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel / Ausstattung. Sehr laute Umgebung - offene Gaststätte 20 m entfernt - Lärm bis weit in die Nacht hinein. Sehr schlechtes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis.

Der Betreiber hat stormiert, obwohl die Umterkunft gebucht war und das ganze bezahlt war, deshalb werde ich den Betrag zurück FORDERN.

Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, auf Wünsche wird eingegangenen.

Cons:

Das Hotel insgesamt und unser Zimmer Nr. 8 sind schon sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Das Bad ist sehr klein, die Höhe der Dusche bzw. des Brausekopf ist nur für kleinere Leute geeignet. Ein Rollo war defekt, offener Blick ins Zimmer möglich. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel, auch ein kurzes Halten war nicht möglich. Ergo passt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum war gut und auch das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer hätten eine Renovierung nötig und vor allem die Duschköpfe müssten mal erneuert werden. Der Umgang mit den Hotelgästen an der Rezeption durch den Chef hat großes Verbesserungspotenzial.Verdunkelung im Zimmer sollte angebracht werden. Die Duschen sind teilweise verschimmelt. Die Frühstückszeit ist für Frühaufsteher sehr schlecht. Alles in Allem leider nicht zu empfehlen, es muss etwas am Hotel gemacht werden. Das Personal war jedoch nett.

Lovely hotel with great staff and location
Pros:

Lovely location with comfortable beds and a good kitchen area in the Friedrich Wilhelm apartment! Lovely breakfast and nice, super helpful staff.

Cons:

The faucet in the kitchen was loose and the shower head was a bit crusty but other than that it was PERFECT!

Cons:

Einrichtung arg in die Jahre gekommen, Bad ohne Fenster und ohne Lüftung, Duschkopf defekt, es roch im Bad muffig, dieser Geruch ließ auch nach Benutzung der Dusche etc. nicht nach
