Das Personal war extrem freundlich!!! Sehr sehr nett die Dame am Empfang. Leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Der Preis ist zu hoch für die Ausstattung.

Cons:

In bijna ieder hotel wat we meemaken worden bij het schoonmaken ook de koffie(pads) gratis aangevuld. Die waren in dit hotel de eerste dag gratis, maar moesten daarna steeds worden bijgekocht. Dat hebben we, zeker niet in deze prijsklasse, nooit eerder meegemaakt.

Super Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, super Frühstück - es wurde extra für unsere Mitreisende etwas gebacken, da sie eine Allergie hat 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Zimmer mit Moselblick und ein kurzer Weg zur Altstadt
Es war alles perfekt und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder 😊

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig, mit Blick auf die Mosel, Parkplatz in wenigen Gehminuten vom Hotel, alles problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Très chouette we dans une ville typique remplie de lumières de Noël
Pros:

Jolie chambre spacieuse et confortable.
Très bons petits déjeuners et personnel de la salle du petit-déjeuner très souriant et agréable.

Cons:

Hall d'entrée de l'hôtel pas accueillant avec vue sur les wc et très vieillot de style.
Salle-de-bain dans la chambre vieillotte.
Personnel à l'accueil peu agréable.
