Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.Das Waschbecken war verstopft.Es gab weder Wassergläser noch Zahnputzgläser,so dass man sich zum Trinken unter den Wasserhahn hängen musste.
Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt absolut nicht.100 Euro/Nacht ohne Frühstück und für wenig Leistung.

Dieses "Hotel" ist kein Hotel! Lediglich ein Restaurat mit nebenliegenden unterkellerten 4 Zimmern. Entsprechend die Geruchsbelästigung in den Gängen und Räumen nach Fisch und Frittenfett. Unter den Zimmern befindet sich ein riesen Partykeller der während unseres Kurz- Aufenthaltes (1 Nacht), also zeitgleich, für eine klassische türkische Hochzeit genutzt wurde...man möge sich vorstellen, was das bedeuten kann! Eine zu erwartende Störung durch Lärm wurde weder vor Buchung, noch bei Check in und Schlüsselübergabe kommuniziert. Entsprechend überrascht waren wir, dass wir bei einem Geräuschpegel von über 50 bB im Zimmer von 20 Uhr bis weit in die Morgenstunden nicht schlafen konnten. Das Personal vor Ort wollte keinerlei Verantwortung für die unmögliche Situation übernehmen und hat lediglich auf Booking.com verwiesen, sich doch dort zu beschweren. Unter den angegebenen Telefonnummern war niemand erreichbar, die E-Mails kamen allesamt postwendend zurück. Wir haben dann noch während der Ruhestörung am frühen Morgen mit einem MA von Booking.com telefoniert, um den Fall zu dokumentieren und zu klären. Wir fordern den vollen Zahlbetrag zurück. Wir raten von Buchungen in dieser Lokalität dringend ab!
