Pros:

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Room a good size and staff very helpful. Bathroom spotless. Very convenient for train station. Great value for family travel.

Es war gut.
Pros:

Es lag sehr nahe am Bahnhof. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit !

Es war sehr eng im Zimmer zu zweit.

Very convenient when on a train trip
Pros:

Very very close to the train station (3 minutes on foot), room has what it needs to spend the night, staff is nice and at the reception around the clock

Cons:

The street is very noisy all night (people shouting) but it wasn't a big problem when the window was closed. The floor and the office chair didn't feel very clean but the rest of the room did.

Pros:

Liegt direkt beim Hauptbahnhof. Sehr praktisch, wenn man gleich in der Früh einen Zug erreichen muss. Es gibt eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption, ist also auch für spät Ankommende ideal.
Sehr schönes und gemütliches Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist so klein, dass man vor dem Waschbecken kaum richtig stehen kann und sich umständlich in die Dusche manövrieren muss. Für Kurzaufenthalte aber okay.
Sehr laute Umgebung (auch bei geschlossenem Fenster) und hellhörige Zimmer. Unbedingt Ohropax mitnehmen, wenn man nicht das Fernsehprogramm der Nachbarn als Hörspiel genießen möchte.

Pros:

The location is superb next to Hamburg train station. The staff were helpful, polite & spoke excellent English. Good size rooms.

Cons:

There is quite a lot of noise in the area. But nothing the hotel could control.

Very nice hotel close to the centre
Pros:

The room was old but lovely, and it was really clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was big and comfortable, and I slept well.

Cons:

There were webs and spiders on the ceiling; the hotel's location is good, but the neighbourhood is full of homeless people. It was a little bit scary, but it's not the structure's responsibility for sure.

Cons:

Mini- Bad, zwischen Toilette und dem winzigen waschbecken( kleiner als ein handwaschbecken in Gästetoilette) nicht genug Platz, um gerade zu stehen, Dusche nur mit abenteuerlichen Verrenkungen zu betreten. Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug.
