Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab ein Problem mit der Buchung unserer Zimmer, weil die Übermittlung von booking.com zum hotel selbst nicht geklappt hat. Es wurde sehr schnell und sehr hervorragend eine Lösung gefunden, damit wir trotz ausgebuchtem Hotel in wunderschönen Zimmern unterkommen konnten. Der Service und das Engagement war wirklich toll.

Tolle Lage direkt am Rhein
Pros:

Die Lage, direkt am Rhein und am Radweg nach Remagen, ist perfekt. Sie hat aber natürlich auch einen Nachteil: Die Zimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf den Rhein, liegen zwangsläufig auch in Richtung Bahn und Straße. Das bedeutet, dass man nachts nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Räder konnten wir in einem abgeschlossenen Fahrradraum trocken und sicher unterstellen.

Cons:

Für Hungrige sind die Portionen beim Abendessen etwas knapp. Verglichen mit anderen Hotelunterkünften auf unserer Radreise war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz so gut.

Der Aufenthalt war komplett super.
Pros:

Da weiß man gar nicht wo man anfangen soll. Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter (einschließlich des Chefs) ist herausragend. Die Zimmer, das Abendessen und das Frühstück sind 1a. Zum guten Schluss gibt es auch noch genügend Parkplätze. Was will man mehr?

Für eine Nacht hat es gut gepasst.
Pros:

Das offene Bad im Schlafbereich ist m.E. ein Relikt vergangener Zeiten. Gemütlichkeit sieht anders aus.
Sehr gute Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit - eigener Fahrradraum.

Die Mitarbeiter(innen) im Service haben es dann doch noch zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt gemacht.
Pros:

Blick auf den Rhein. Fahrradgarage und großzügige Parkplätze. Restaurant und Frühstück sind gut.

Cons:

Probleme mit unserer Buchung, die nicht nachvollziehbar aufgeklärt wurden und einen fahlen Beigeschmack hinterlassen. Wir hoffen, dass es wirklich nur ein unangenehmer Einzelfall war und kein unlauteres System dahinter steckt.

Prima hotel met goede faciliteiten
Pros:

Mooie locatie aan de Rijn, restaurant kleine kaart maar uitstekende gerechten.

Cons:

Eigenlijk maar een aanmerking, de kussens maar dat is in vrijwel elk hotel een punt van aandacht.
In 99 van de 100 gevallen zijn ze nog platter dan de dekens
