Bestimmt komme ich mal wieder
Pros:

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, auch wenn mich deren laute Privatgespräche über Kollegen, die nicht anwesend sind, nicht interessieren. Nun ich hab versucht weg zu hören. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Viele und große Parkplätze.

Cons:

Direkt vor dem Hotel legt die Autofähre an, was teilweise wirklich laut ist, wenn Fahrzeuge auf die Fähre fahren, oder sie verlassen. Wichtig für Leute, die mit offenem Fenster schlafen wollen.

Nicht mehr in dieses Hotel
Pros:

Frühstücke war ok, nettes Personal.
Das Bad war schön und großzügig, leider war die Duschbrause am Schlauch undicht und spritzt überall hin.

Cons:

Wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer, da das Bett sehr klein war. Ein Upgrade war nicht möglich, schade.
Der Check in dauerte 50 MINUTEN. Nicht besetzte Rezeption, unkompetentes Personal, wir waren nicht registriert, falsches Zimmer… angeblich waren keine Zimmer frei. Beim Frühstück saßen Max 20 Personen bei 40 Zimmer… nicht kundenfreindlich. Laut durch die Straße und die Bahn. Die Bettwäsche war defekt und wir hatten unsprünglich nur ein Bettgarnitur, die Zweite wurde irgendwann nachgereicht- leider war diese auch noch unterschiedlich zur Anderen. Die Türe zum Zimmer ist nicht wirklich geeigne, um mit Koffern hindurch zu gehen, da sie nicht vollständig zu öffnen ist.

Great stay!
Pros:

My colleagues enjoyed their stay at the hotel. The facilities were good. There wasn't much to do at night but taking a boat to the other side of the river would have been great. Didn't know about this till the next day.

Pros:

Sehr schöne und grosse Zimmer, riesiges Badezimmer (!), direkte Sicht auf den Rhein.
Abschliessbarer Veloraum, sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben zudem ein hervorragendes Nachtessen gehabt (der Zander ist zu empfehlen).

Betten sehr bequem. Blick auf den Rhein sehr schön

Cons:

Sauberkeit war nicht optimal!
Frühstück an einem Sonntag nicht gut wir haben 30 Minuten auf den Kaffee gewartet. Es hat gedauert bis nachgelegt wurde. Brötchen waren aufgebacken.
