Der Empfang war freundlich, sprich hier das Personal top

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist keine 17,90 Euro wert. Wenig Auswahl und es kam nur etwas irgendwann wenn nachgefragt wurde Sprich heute oder morgen. Verständigung teilweise mangelhaft. Restaurant geschlossen, gut damit kann man leben, aber Getränke mangelhaft, sprich abends nix auch noch nichtmal ein Automate.

Ein Besuch im Schwarzwald wie er im Buche steht.
Pros:

SPA Berich, klein aber ausreichend. Total hilfsbreite und freundliche Mitarbeiter: innen.
Top Zimmer. Alte Einrichtungen aber gut in Schuß und seuber.

Cons:

Wenn das Restaurant am Abend geöffnet hätte. Aber ich verstehe das Problem mit dem Fachkräftemangel.

Pros:

Chambre suite spacieuse , belle vue sur les collines environnantes

Cons:

Le restaurant était fermé lors de notre séjour,nous aurions aimé dîner à l’endroit même.
Mais des conseils nous ont été donnés par la réception pour aller manger à quelques pas.

Sauna und Dampfbad, Mitarbeiterin war freundlich.

Cons:

Whirlpool ohne Funktion, wurde nicht mitgeteilt. Nachts nicht möglich an Getränke oder gar Wasser zu kommen.

Wellness Bereich es ging grad so, Badewanne kostet Geld, Sauna ist ab 18 Uhr lauwarm.

Cons:

Ist keine 4 Sterne verdient. Unsere Tochter schlief auf einer klappkautsch wo der po höher lag als der Kopf und in der Mitte ein riesen Loch war so das wir ein Kissen reinlegen mussten, ich verstehe es nicht, selbst als Kind hatte sie mehr Respekt verdient! Das Zimmer lag in 5 Stock, wir haben 2 Tage lang auf die Reinigung gewartet, vergeblich, uns sind die Handtücher ausgegangen und Müll haben wir selbst entsorgen müssen. Das geht garniecht!!!
