Zentrale Lage - ein "Für und Wider"...

Cons:

Am Wochenende nur für feierwütige zu empfehlen. Die angrenzende Aperol Bar produziert mega- Alarm mit gefühlten 100 Leuten VOR der Bar bis 22.00 Uhr plus. Der Jesuitenplatz davor bietet zusätzliche 'Altstadt Experten' bis tief in die Nacht. Morgens auch unter der Woche vor dem Hotel in der Saison Fluten von (amerikanischen) Touris der Hotelschiffe am Rhein/ Mosel. Muss man mögen!?

Enttäuschend, nie wieder Hotels mit 3 Zimmern und ohne Service in der Fussgängerzone
Cons:

Rezeption gibt es im Café nebenan, nur bis 17 h besetzt. Umgebung reine Fussgängerzone, nachts sehr laut, Kirchenglocken schlagen hell und regelmässig, noch nicht mal ein Parken vor dem Hotel zum Koffer-Ausladen ist möglich. 8 min Fussweg zu meinem Parkplatz. Einrichtung ist überbezahlt für den Preis pro Nacht, Frühstück im Café erst ab 8:00 h möglich, da esse ich fast schon Mittag...

Wir hatten einen gemütlich, schönen, besonderen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr liebevoll geführtes, kleines und besonderes Hotel. Lage- sehr zentral mitten in der Innenstadt gelegen.
Das Frühstück und Kaffee und Kuchen im Altstadtcafe war sehr besonders.
Unser Geburtstagswunsch wurde mit Sekt, selbstgemachtem Süssen und Rosenblättern erfüllt.

Cons:

Der Ladeverkehr in der Nacht aufgrund der zentralen Lage. (Aber im Vergleich zu allem Positiven zu vernachlässigen).

Zentral, Stilvoll, Freundlich!
Pros:

Super eingerichtet und sehr Stilvoll. Essen kann man optional im Café unten im Haus - sehr lecker :) Mega war einfach auch die Lage. Trotz diverser Lokalitäten und Weihnachtsmarkt vor der Tür war es dennoch ruhig, solange man das Fenster zulassen kann.

Cons:

Es gab leider keinen Aufzug, das finde ich schade. Auch wenn das Personal bei der Anreise angeboten hat, das Gepäck aufs Zimmer zu bringen. Die Duschabtrennung war nicht dich, somit hat man nach dem Duschen fließend Wasser am Boden - sah man auch der Badezimmertür an.

This hotel is perfectly located in the big middle of old town Koblenz.
Pros:

The cafe below the hotel was exceptional. The food was always delicious, and the service always friendly. Also, the cafe is a beautifully decorated spot and very calming. The location of the hotel is just perfect. It sits right across from a church with beautiful bells that play on the hour. My husband and I loved listening to them - they set the mood for the rest of the day.

Cons:

Our room was too small. I should have paid better attention during the booking process. The room we stayed in was better suited for a solo traveler.

A charming and characterful hotel right in the heart of a beautiful city - well worth checking out!
Pros:

A lovely hotel with a superb breakfast in the cafe downstairs - its location is both a blessing and a (very, very minor) curse, because you're right in the heart of the most picturesque part of the city... but that means the nearest car park is a good 150-200m away, while the noise in the square out front at night was somewhat elevated (yet not unbearable). Overall, though, a characterful hotel!

Cons:

Perhaps breakfast in the cafe could be included for paying guests, as the room wasn't particularly cheap on its own. The parking and noise issues can't be helped either, given where the hotel is, but should be borne in mind for people with very big cases who aren't physically strong, or are light sleepers who like an early night/have younger children.

Pros:

Lage ist gut, mitten im Stadtzentrum in der Fußgängerzone. Schönes, altes Haus, Konzept mit angeschlossenem Café ist nicht schlecht, bringt aber auch Unannehmlichkeiten mit sich…
Die Zimmer sind ordentlich renoviert und das Bad ist relativ groß und sowohl modern als auch sauber.

Cons:

Die Lage bringt Probleme mit sich. Wenn Abends noch ein Gruppe von Menschen am Stadtplatz beieinander sitzt (auch wenn die Bars und Restaurants schon zu haben), dann ist es sehr laut und an Schlaf ist nicht wirklich zu denken.
Am Morgen wiederholt sich das Problem, denn sämtliche Lokale werden mit per Tiefkühllaster beliefert. Das beginnt spätestens um 7:30 Uhr und zieht sich bis 10:00 Uhr hin. Die Laster brummen teilweise derartig laut, dass im Zimmer Kommunikation faktisch nicht möglich ist.
Zusätzlich sind die Zimmer sehr klein. Es ist nicht mal Platz für einen Stuhl oder Sessel. Bett, ein offenes Schrankregal und ein Hocker. Das war’s.
Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden, dafür brennt die Sonne im Sommer ab 6:00 Uhr an die Hausfassade. Es wird also kuschelig warm im Zimmer.
