Clean hotel, good parking and great breakfast
Pros:

Clean and nice rooms, roomservice, very good breakfast and parking. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Maybe the location. No restaurants in the neighborhood. But they have good food for roomservice. And for our dog it was perfect because of the park next door.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit perfekt geschulten Personal. Ein Frühstück mit hochwertigen Lebensmitteln, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt, Kostenfreier Parkplatz vor der Tür. Aktuelle Tageszeitungen stehen zur Verfügung. Erwähnenswert sind die hoteleignen Fahrräder, mit denen man ganz entspannt Ludwigshafen entdecken kann. Hier steht der Gast noch im Mittelpunkt.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Für uns war das sehr ruhig gelegene Hotel bestens für ein Besuch von Verwandten geeignet, weil wir nur wenige Minuten entfernt wohnten. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch beim Buffet angerichtet und dann an den Tisch gebracht. Große Auswahl an Obst, an Gebäck und auch an Brot oder Brötchen. Sehr freundlich fanden wir auch, dass uns ein kleines Gläschen Smoothie angeboten wurde. Auch ein Glas Sekt wurde an den Tisch gebracht.
Das Personal war insgesamt sehr höflich und kompetent.

Pros:

Personal ist super nett, in jedem Bereich! Da kann das Management stolz sein.
Mein elf jähriger Sohn war mit dabei und auch er war total begeistert da es auch für ihn die ein oder andere Nettigkeiten gab. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, an der Kochstation wird man hervorragend bedient mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht.

Cons:

Badezimmer sind doch etwas beengt, da war ich etwas verwundert. Dusche richtig groß aber auf der Toilette doch sehr wenig Platz. Abluftgitter stark verstaubt und hier und da könnte man etwas mehr Zeit beim wischen investieren.
