bon petit déjeuné. hôtel calme, personnel très accueillant.

Cons:

peinture du radiateur de la salle de bain s’écaille, télécommande de la TV ne fonctionne pas.

Excelente trato del personal, íbamos con un bebé y nos ofrecieron toallas extra, agua o lo que necesitásemos extra.

El hotel sin aire acondicionado…
Pros:

La amabilidad de la persona de recepción, ese día cayó un tormenta fuerte y entró agua en la habitación y rápidamente se encargó de limpiar todo y dejar la habitación limpia.

Cons:

Lamentablemente no puedo entender como un hotel de tres estrellas no tenga aire acondicionado y hacia muchísimo calor, que entre la cama que no era cómoda y el calor, sinceramente fatal.
Teníamos tres noches y decidimos hacer solo dos, y adelantar la salida. En fin, espero que lo solucionen.

Le personnel était sympathique, l'hotel est bien placé entre la ville et la nature

Cons:

Pas de ventilateur, il faisait bon en ouvrant la fenêtre mais c'était un peu bruyant dehors

Situació, pàrquing, llit i dutxa, pa sense gluten, neteja correcte.

Cons:

Restaurant i cafeteria. El restaurant tanca el cap de setmana, la cafeteria on havies de fer l esmorzar, només un cambrer per tot, hostes i gent de carrer. Una noia que atenia uns dies, borde i males formes, sense idea ni ganes de treballar

Sehr ruhiges Hotel in schöner Umgebung. Gute Ausgangslage für eine Fahrt nach Bilbao. Preiswertes und sehr gutes Menü zum Abendessen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Cons:

Es gibt leider kein Frühstücksbuffet , sondern nur eine einfache Auswahl.
