Important information:

The outdoor heated swimming pool is open from April until the end of the All Saints’ Day holidays, while a second unheated pool is available from April to mid-September. In the Hameau district, guests can enjoy a 455 m² pool area with a paddling pool, children’s facilities and water slides, open from April to October. In the village centre, a 380 m² continuously heated swimming pool with a landscaped beach area is open from April until the end of October, also featuring children’s areas and water slides. The residence is proudly certified Green Key (Clef Verte), reflecting its commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices.

The price includes beds made upon arrival, limited WiFi access for up to five devices allowing browsing and email use, charges and taxes (excluding tourism tax and application fees), access to pool areas and sports grounds (excluding tennis and archery), as well as basic activities such as fitness sessions, contests and themed evenings. Please note that tennis courts and archery activities are available at an additional cost. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe indicated in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges, and credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

For children aged 0 to 35 months, varied awakening games and collective outdoor activities supervised by educators are organised Monday to Friday, generally from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 onwards. A safe and nurturing environment is provided through the Les P’tits Mômes micro-nursery, where babies can discover sensory games and outdoor activities adapted to their rhythm. A 3-hour session costs €50, a package of three sessions costs €100, and a full day from 09:30 to 16:30 including organic meals costs €90. Places are limited to ensure proper supervision. The nursery operates Monday to Friday during school holidays (except Christmas), and outside school holidays childcare may be available on request. Reservations can be made via [email protected]
or by phone at 06 28 32 70 71. A health record with up-to-date vaccinations (measles, tetanus, polio, diphtheria before 18 months and BCG) or a certificate of non-contagion issued less than 48 hours before departure must be presented on site.

For all bookings including a meal plan, proof of identification for children will be required to verify their agePlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Emplacement idéal, beau logement
Pros:

L'emplacement idéal pour visiter l'Esterel que ce soit mer ou massif. Des services encore proposés fin octobre.

Cons:

L'accès à l'hôtel compliqué.
Et les toilettes dans la salle de bains au vu de sa taille.

Molto rilassante
Pros:

Camera accogliente e pulita, balcone vista mare, supermercato e panetteria presenti nel villaggio oltre a vari negozi, ristoranti e una SPA.

Cons:

Le mappe Google indicano l’hotel sulla strada principale mentre si trova in cima a una collina. A piedi dalla stazione di Agay ci vuole mezz’ora, buona parte in salita e con molti gradini. Per chi viaggia in treno consiglio di arrivare a Saint Raphael e prendere il bus 21 che ferma a 5 minuti a piedi dall’hotel. C’è un solo ingresso al villaggio, anche se le mappe Google indicano altri percorsi più brevi si tratta di strade private con cancelli chiusi che obbligano a tornare indietro. Sarebbe utile che fossero spiegate bene queste informazioni ai clienti prima del soggiorno

An sich schöne Anlage, aber mit einigen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Der Standort der Anlage war gut, um von dort aus in alle Richtungen weitere Standorte zu besuchen.

Cons:

An sich bietet die Anlage einige Abwechslungen was die Lokalen betrifft, aber die Öffnungszeiten sind der totale Horror. Wenn man mehrere Tage frittiertes essen kann, dann wird man fündig.

Панорамні види, природа, велика парковка, магазинчики, балкон, батарея у номері , ресторан La Luna (дуже смачно). Гарний басейн. Прибирання номерів хороше , своєчасне . Для дітей хороші програми і анімація

Cons:

Не було питної води у номері у день заїзду , одноманітність сніданку (в один із днів ковбаса була кислою). Ресторан біля басейну (подають американо у звичайній сувенірній чашці , та ще й тріснутій, не смачно і не зрозуміла до кінця концепція з оплатою ігор (боулінг і т.д.)

Wouldn't stay again
Pros:

The room was basic but was clean and bed was big and comfy. It was cleaned very well daily too! Views are beautiful.

Location - not ideal if you don't drive. 25 minutes drive to Frejus. Not accessible friendly, very steep hills and alot of stairs. Staff in reception did the bare minimum, not necessarily rude but not helpful. They didn't inform us until the second day when we questioned the parking, that there is a lift. It's not clear how to get from the parking lot up to the rooms, it's very very steep hills and when you are disabled, that's not ideal. The restaurants pick and choose when they're going to open. Prices are quite high considering what you're actually getting. No toiletries in bathroom was disappointing. There's no information regarding what entertainment is on or events. We had 2 events, a triathlon and a cycling event both run through the hotel. We knew nothing about it, just had people running past us, was very strange.

Super pour un séjour hors saison !
Pros:

La chambre était grande et confortable avec une belle vue sur la mer. Personnel très agréable à l’accueil et petit déjeuner copieux.
En plein mois d’octobre, le village était calme et notre séjour très reposant, mais ça doit être beaucoup plus bruyant l’été.

Cons:

Le système de parking à carte n’était pas hyper pratique.
