Will definitely stay again
Pros:

Very comfy bed, slept well even though I am a light sleeper and had a room at the front. Delicious breakfast, cosy pub.

Cons:

Wifi reception in the room was weak and intermittent, had to switch to mobile tethering to get some work done. Wifi downstairs was excellent.

Lovely staff will return again soon
Pros:

Always happy with the Cairn Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Have stayed there more than once. Slight problem on this occasion with a family room that we had booked for people joining us on our second night, but was delt with quickly and efficiently. Everyone was happy.

Cons:

Not one to complain and make a fuss but we did have a problem at our evening meal.
The hotel was busy and I believe the kitchen was understaffed. But twice we had to get a burger put back to the kitchen.
My daughter specifically asked for no onion jam. By mistake it came with onion jam so we asked for a new burger. Turning the burger over and sending it back out is not acceptable. But we let them know and it was replaced with a fresh burger.
It has not put my partner and myself off coming back but it was a bit of a let down for the hotel.

Le petit village est en pleine nature. Très belle promenades dans la forêt. Activité parc aventure à côté également.
Le pont de pierre pittoresque.
Une atmosphère calme et paisible.
Le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant très aimable, et ambiance pub avec feux de bois très sympathique.
Super petit déjeuner.
Place de parking gratuite.
Chambre et literie confortables.

Cons:
