Disabled facilities for guests. Stairs only not mentioned on website.
Breakfast rock hard fried eggs. Bacon uncooked. Sausage was nice.

Staff are all lovely and food was very nice . Bed comfortable and shower was hot and powerful

Cons:

Nothing we didnt like but place needs some TLC
this is a big place so understand it costs money. But a building of this age and with so many nice features its worth it.

Stayed many times before as I visit Thetford regularly. Rooms are tired but good value for money and the staff are all very nice and friendly.

Central location for thetford great breakfast

Cons:

Dated look and feel had an uncomfortable night and ended up relocating to the nearby travel lodge for the remaining two nights of my stay. Bathroom was dated.

The hotel was as expected after staying before on more than one occasions.
Pros:

Location is great. Free Parking. Food is of a good standard and a good varied selection. The history of the old part of the hotel & its links to the series Dad's Army.

Cons:

The bedroom and bathroom of my room were looking a little tired, not a massive negative & would not stop me staying again.
