Pros:

The food is really good.

Cons:

The rooms are very dated, needs freshinig up, the shower makes the bathroom rattle with noise, there's no where to put showergels ECT they were using the sink.
The noise outside and downstairs is ridiculous,
There was fighting outside because they were all rowdy youngsters drinking all afternoon.
There was banging from downstairs until early hours.

Bit of a let down
Pros:

The staff were nice

Cons:

The food was cold and after waiting nearly an hour for it at not a peak time was a bit disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable and it was a very loud place to stay.

Pros:

Clean, modern rooms. Great value.

Cons:

Quite noisy till about 11.30 but I expected that. Could of used a fan as it was really hot but that was down to the weather not heating.

One night with a mate
Pros:

Very modern and very clean, lots of plug sockets. Check in was simple, staff friendly and no issues returning late after going back out. Iron and ironing board in the room and lots of free parking. Complimentary toiletries and cute little biscuits

Cons:

No option for breakfast, its over a lively family bar so was pretty noisy and room was quite hot but no fan. No hair dryer in the room

Pros:

Location is excellent for my needs and rooms are clean and tidy

Cons:

Staff behaviour was generally very good but there were a couple of occasions where they could have acted a little more professionally

Friendly staff, good location.
Pros:

Plenty of free parking. Friendly staff. Value for money for accommodation and food and drink. Comfy bed. Nice outdoor area as well as an indoor restaurant.

Cons:

Bathroom needs a bit of TLC. The shower anti slip mat was very discoloured. ( The shower curtain was extremely long) There wasn't anywhere to put your wash bags. A chair would be useful in the bedroom.

Comfy rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

Nice quiet location. Rooms had everything you need. Staff were polite and friendly. Good selection of food and drinks. Quick food service. Good place if you are looking for a base to get to Cardiff.

Cons:

The bathroom shower tray was a little damaged but for the price not worried.
