Excellent location, decor staff and service. The best hotel experience I have had in a long time. The staff were amazing and little extras lovely !
Nothing!
Great location and really friendly staff
It was modern and close to all amenities
Great location and staff really friendly
Room was small with bed up against the wall and no hooks on the shower room but for the price it was ok
The situation is excellent, and the room, though compact, contained most of what a sensible traveller might require. I was particularly pleased to discover proper cups, an amenity whose importance should never be underestimated in England. The room was comfortable and the hotel made a very convenient base from which to explore Bath.
There was no refrigerator, which seemed a curious economy. Sleep presented a more philosophical difficulty: a small light remained sufficiently determined in its duties that complete darkness proved impossible, and I was obliged to employ a sleep mask. The entrance provides the hotel’s chief social entertainment. Reception, tables, chairs, arriving guests, departing guests and their luggage have all been invited to occupy much the same small area. Passing through therefore requires the tact and negotiation usually associated with a crowded drawing room.
Location
Bed hard and tap dripping
Location was central. Close to lots of things needed.
Air conditioner was bit weak.
TV was slow and kept buffering all the time.
Room was bit compact but we managed.
The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. The room was prestine clean. The comfiest bed, especially the pillows. My little girls experience and mine was second to none. Highly recommended this hotel….we’ll be back soon ❤️❤️
Nothing!
Very nice hotel safe and very clean very nice Staff
It was all good
The location was great. The price was also great.
No room around the bed to move during the night
Room worked well for the small size, quite clever. Great location, nice reception. Really good budget hotel.
Room was not clean. There were packets of snus left around (not mine!) including one stuck to the middle of the TV screen! All corners and crevices were quite filthy.
Clean, decently sized room. Had air con
No window in room is an insane design decision, as is a frosted cubicle bathroom, expensive
Ubicación, limpieza
Habitación muy pequeña
Location and staff
Room was very small
