Great location and friendly staff.
The toilet in the room is behind frosted glass only so you can see and hear... everything. We stripped the sheets before checking out and found lots of hairs and stains on the mattress.
Good location. Clean, comfortable room
The location was very good and the room was very clean.
The room I booked was a Queen room. I was surprised at how small it was. The widest part was the length of the bed and being in our 60s it was not great having to climb over each other to go to the toilet.
In what parallel universe does the designer of the room think it's ok to have a toilet/bathroom opposite the bed with a frosted glass door. There are some things that I would really prefer to do privately. On the whole we were disappointed with the room but luckily we didn't spend much time in it.
Location was excellent, right in the town centre and close to lots of attractions. Bed was comfy.
Room was quite small but served its purpose. My bin wasn’t empty from previous guests which made the room feel like it wasn’t really tended to all that well. To be fair, everything else was fine, though. One tiny window that looked out onto a concrete footpath.

Glass shower door cut my toe
Everyone was so accommodating, the room was beautiful and in a great location. I am already planning my next stay with them and can not wait to return. The staff went above and beyond for me and including taking the time of giving me great tips of places I should go see during my visit to Bath.

Room was small and air in the room wasn't the best one. Somehow room smelled like cigarets for time to time. If I put air conditior on the smell of the room became dusty.
