The location of the hotel. It is located at the city centre, close to all touristic places within Bath.
I stayed for 4 nights. The water bottle and room cleaning was done every alternative day. So, during my stay they refilled the water bottle and cleaned room only once. It would have been great if they filled the water bottle and cleaned room every day.

The hotel is in a very good location.
Although I had booked a room with window, the window would not open. The room was so damp and humid that all my clothes would get smelly. The shower was not clean enough.
I was disappointed with the room as it was not clean enough.
Customer service was stellar. Everyone was friendly and really were helpful. We will DEFINITELY recommend this property and we would stay here again!
The only comment is it would be nice to have a grab bar in the shower. With all the glass we were very nervous in case of slipping in the shower.
The location was brilliant you never needed to walk more than 10 mins to wherever you needed to go or see what you wanted to see. The hotel itself was very nice and the rooms were equally as nice, staff were helpful and polite
Very Clean, and excellent air con which was much needed. Comfortable bed, great location in the centre of Bath.
Instead of a stool under the table, a set of drawers would be more useful in a compact room as there is nowhere to put your clothes when there for a few nights. And more hooks to hang towels would be handy.
Was fab to walk into after the extreme heat outside. Room was well maintained and had ac which was a godsend

Helpful staff, central location, clean contemporary room, plus good shower, air-con and smart TV. Room design is quite compact but you can see that in the website images when you book.
Press-button control blinds would be better with a half-way open/shut option, rather than just fully open or fully closed. Scaffolding on outside of building, but that is temporary. Double bed design may not suit older people or those with mobility issues as it is set into room end, so you have to climb over your partner to get out of bed.
