Modern Amenities in Bath
Pros:

The location was great - right in the middle of town near many attractions. The room was clean and modern. The staff was kind and very helpful. We were able to store our bags on site until check-in time. We ended up extending our stay by another night.

Cons:

The front of the hotel was covered by scaffolding when we were there, so we didn't see it at first. The room was smaller than expected. The bed mattress was very firm and it was tucked into a cubby, so it was only open on one side, making it difficult for the person sleeping on the inside to get in and out at night. The entire bathroom and shower is enclosed with frosted glass, which looks very modern, but is definitely still see-through, so depending who you are sharing a room with, might pose an issue. The whole thing felt a little bit like an elevated dorm room experience. Overall, though, it was a good experience.

The location and the shower

Cons:

The bed having 3 sides with walls meant having to climb over each other to go to the toilet.
The large window sill above the bed was very dusty.
The AC unit was not very cooling
the bed was quite hard
