Fabulous hotel and lovely staff
Pros:

We visited this cute hotel for the weekend. It was a great experience. Friendly staff always smiling and helpful. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. The bedding was super white and crisp. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom has everything needed. The towels were really fluffy. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening which was a very positive experience with delicious food and very helpful staff. All in all a really good choice and so close to the main area of bourton on the water. There is limited parking but we had no difficulty. If you have difficulty with walking request a ground floor room as the stairs are iron and quite me steep.

Fabulous place to stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly they could not do enough for you.
Our room was really large spotlessly clean.
My favourite part was the size of the bed,it was so large ,and our bathroom had a large shower with a his and hers sink .

Cons:

Could.not fault a thing ,it was excellent .

A comfortable stay, ideally located to exploring the area, with helpful staff on the premises.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Cooked perfectly.
Room was comfortable and a nice size.
Location was great - very close to the hub of things and perfect for someone with some mobility issues.

Cons:

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, perfectly situated in stunning surroundings, the food and the staff were excellent

Lovely Cotswolds central place
Pros:

Central location. Comfortable large ensuite clean rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Allocated restrictive time for breakfast which had to be selected on arrival and could not be changed. Guests were asked to vacate tables for next guests time slot. WiFi insecure and no smartphone signal at the property or in the town.
