A great bed and helpful staff !
Pros:

The staff was very helpful , especially Ms. Wen. Even without any English knowledge she helped me so much in order to get to the town where I needed to go.
Also the cleaning lady was friendly and helpful.
The location is good, close to restaurants and shops.
The hotel feels new and has a certain class.
The bed was the best that I have experienced so far in China.
Good , bright lights in the bedroom.
Powerful shower.
A nice smell was in the room.
Lots of plugs for charging.
Toiletries, drinking water....
I slept in thousands of Hotels, but this one was the first one where music came on each time I turned on the shower 😀

Cons:

Unfortunately the windows are locked so you can't open them.
It was quite funny to hear music each time I turned on the shower but it was too loud. In fact I heard the shower music from other rooms close to mine.

Good location but not so good service from counter staff.
Pros:

Location was good, shopping malls near by. Meitian deliveries direct to hotel room.

Cons:

Unfriendly receptionist, they probably need more hotel service training. The cleaning staff were more polite. I went to hand in my key card on check out. The receptionist was on the phone and she didn't even look at me.
The room I booked had 1 double bed and 1 single bed, however when I arrived they gave me a room with just one double bed. I enquired with reception and they said they only had rooms with a double bed or 2 single beds. This might be correct, but I probably read wrong on the website, so maybe the website needs clarification on the bed arrangements.
Lastly, when I booked this room, the website said pay at the hotel, but when I checked in, the receptionist said it has already been paid through my credit card, but on the second day the receptionist chased me to pay and she spoke to us like we were at wrong and was altogether non-apologetic for their mistake.
